A Must Have 🔥🔥🔥
I installed the Mcarbo P365 Flat Trigger and loved it so much I bought another for my new build. After adding these Mcarbo Spring Kits with the Mcarbo Trigger its a game changer. I highly recommend this. 🔥🔥🔥

Be aware of ammo with harder primers
Had the trigger and spring kit installed at my local gun shop. Have to say that there is a noticeable upgrade from stock on my P365 with Radian Ramjet/Afterburner with the DPM light recoil system. Be aware though that you may experience light primer strikes and failure to fire (FTF) if using ammo with harder primers. This is not due to the MCarbo trigger, but rather the spring kit. Ran flawlessly with Federal Ammo but have had many many FTF using S&B and Maxxtech 115 gr 9mm ammo. Do some forum searches and you will see I'm not alone. Stick with better ammo and you'll love it, or maybe plan to use the stock 5lb striker spring. I'm still using the 4 lb. spring that came with the kit and am searching for other ammo to try. I was totally unaware of this issue. Not knocking MCarbo per se, but more so hoping to help others that are unaware.
Installed with the short stroke flat trigger and absolutely love the combo. Felt amazing at the range and improved my grouping. Significantly lighter feel on the trigger pull and travel distance. Easy install with the video but if you have the p365 x macro with manual safety install will be slightly different from video because of the manual safety but still very simple and straight forward I'd recommend to anyone looking into trigger upgrades.
From great to awesome!
Took the great SIG SAUER P365 trigger pull from great to awesome! Nice lite trigger pull crisp break good reset. Never took the FCU apart before, but was fairly easy after watching the video on mcarbo.com.
Trigger spring kit
Definitely feel the lighter trigger pull but the fcs spring was a lot harder to put together than they say. Need to redo video, although you say you'll slow down the put back together process, you don't and camera angles make it hard to see to follow. I consider m myself an experienced gun builder and I had trouble with the fcs.
As advertised
I installed this spring kit with the M*CARBO trigger and it has significant less trigger pull and smooth. I haven’t tried it in the range and I am concerned about light strikes. But, judging by the reviews, I think it should be okay. Impressive Customer Service.
Fine product - Not that easy to fit
The springs are fine. Unless you are an octopus, you don't have enough hands to fit them. The Sig P365 has a high number of minute parts that all leap off the fire control mechanism as you handle it. It took me several hours to eventually get it back together. Have 40 years engineering experience and wondered at times if I would end up buying a replacement FCM. The striker body is plastic with a bendable tab to release it. The aft end of the body is a tight fit in the sliding rear cover, requiring considerable force to release it, whilst mangling the back of the striker body out of shape. If you don't have a high degree of engineering common sense and appreciation coupled with infinite patience, take it to a gun smith. If you do decide to do it, the long, detailed video is absolutely essential. Be sure to photograph from every angle before starting, and at each major stage.
Best 20 Bucks I've Ever Spent
I replaced the springs when I did the flat trigger upgrade but there was only one trigger at my local gun shop so I did the springs on both guns. The factory trigger actually became halfway decent with this kit. So if you only have 20 bucks you can't go wrong purchasing this spring kit. But I do have to recommend you get the Flat Trigger as well but that's for another review.
Does the spring kit besides lessening over travel does it take away the trigger creep that I seem to experience with this weapon?
the Sig P365 Trigger Spring Kit is primarily designed to reduce trigger pull weight and shorten over-travel, it can also help reduce trigger creep to a small extent due to smoother spring engagement and improved trigger reset.

Will this trigger kit work on the CA model 365's?
Yes, the Sig P365 Trigger Spring Kit is compatible with California-compliant (CA model) Sig P365 pistols.
The internal fire control unit (FCU) remains the same across standard and CA-compliant models, so the trigger spring kit will fit and function correctly

I own an XMacro, just got the kit today, and the video shows a completely different end cap assembly than the XMacro, so now I am stuck and cant install this, because there isn't a space to push the striker ring down and I don't want to mess my gun up. What gives, and why didn't anyone mention that Xmacros aren't the same?!
Try SigGuy on YouTube. Best videos of they're. Super clear videos and great explanations including what could happen and shortcuts.
While I found the somewhat obscure video in question Blythe same evening before the other reply to my question, it’s stilll torques me that MCarbo wouldn’t take the time to make some sort of small note somewhere on the page or in the notes of the installation video (not saying you’d have to reshoot it) that would make people aware that ALL NEW. 365s ship with a slide striker spring collar that prevents the end cap from being removed in the manner shown on the video.
This isn’t some small detail and should be addressed considering you’re emphasizing the ease of the DYI aspect of this.
To MCarbo,
Guys this is a failure, and I’m surprised I have to address this, make some small notation or warning statement saying that all newer models can’t be disassembled in this manner.

There are other videos on Youtube that show the other end cap removal. You have to deform the plastic tab and push it to the left and down to remove the end cap. Just do a little more research, you'll find it.

Would *YOU* hesitate to install this " MCARBO spring kit " with the "MCARBO SHORT STROKE FLAT TRIGGER" on your everyday carry gun.

I can confirm; I have standard P365 (with M*CARBO flat trigger) and while I love the feel of the lighter trigger spring kit, I too am getting much higher rate of lighter/failed striker hits on certain ammo. NOT COOL for an EDC. I’m going to have to go back to stock striker spring and just enjoy the flat trigger and whatever the other two remaining springs afford me.

Well... I am getting light primer strikes on both an XL and XMacro 365 that have this spring kit, causing the round not to go bang, very bad for an EDC.
Can't 100% verify it's the new spring kit, for sure, but will soon swap back in the original spring and see if that helps.

Put it in mine - WOW great improvement!
Will your kit work with Armory Craft's Positive Reset Trigger Return / Trigger Bar Spring? Their full kit is a 4 piece while yours is just 3. I keep hearing about your springs so, I'm swapping my Armory Craft - P365 Ultimate Master Spring Tuning Kit with yours to see what the rave is about.

Will the spring kit also work on the p365xl spectre comp?
Why no sanding/ polishing on this spring set change? Will polishing reduce the trigger pull a little more?

Thanks

Do you have an installation video for p365-380 without the manual safety?
the installation video on the website is without a manual safety.
the installation video on the website is without a manual safety.
the installation video on the website is without a manual safety.
What would be the effect if I installed just the striker springs? I am looking to reduce the trigger pull but also smooth it out.
By Just changing a spring you won't be getting the full benefits from the kit so you won't see much reduction
How much will this lower the pull weight WITHOUT installing the striker spring?
if you install the other springs it should be pretty close to what we advertise. It wont be spot on however it should be with in a pound. Its hard to give an exact measurement since each firearm is different and springs usually have a + or - a pound to them.
How much harder is it to install in a p365 with external safety?
Not much harder, all you have to do is remove the safety to make it easier to complete the install.
Does this work with the P365 .380 model?
yes our spring kit works in all P365 models!
Looking to improve take up and reset WITHOUT lowering pull weight. Will a combination of your springs and stock springs do the trick? Looking at your trigger shoe as well. Thanks!
Sorry for our delayed response in the Q&A's! If you want reduced pretravel and a crisper reset without decreasing your trigger pull weight, you definitely need our Short-Stroke Flat Trigger! Here's the link to this product:

This trigger will fit and function perfectly with the stock springs, which will ensure you maintain your current pull weight, and will give you everything you are looking for.

I just finished putting this kit in my Sig P365X Romeo Zero and the function test checks out find. Haven't tried it at the range yet, but will in a few days.
I don't have a trigger gauge, but I'd say it lowered the trigger pull by a couple of pounds and I didn't install the sear spring...yet.

Yes. I can confirm, this does work with P365X. Followed the video and installed the kit. There is a slight difference with the P365X where the small spring behind the sleeve on the striker does not exist with the P365X. This is not a spring that is part of this kit, but it shows up in the install video. Just want others to be aware. The pistol performed flawlessly and felt great!
