Shipping and Handling Policy

We're all about Fast Same Day Shipping and it's something we pride ourselves in!

Our Daily Mission in the Shipping Department is to get All Orders placed before Noon(EST) Shipped the Same Day. Orders received after 12pm EST will go out immediately the next Business Day.

If we supply you a tracking number, the order has shipped and is on its way, even if the courier states they do not yet have it. 

Orders are normally processed and shipped the same day if order is placed before 12pm(EST) but can take up to three (3) business days to process in the event of a sale or promotion. M*CARBO may provide shipping via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or other providers. All prices are Free Carrier (F.C.A.) and risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.  We are not responsible for delays in transit with our THIRD PARTY carriers.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed after Noon(EST) on Friday will promptly ship out first thing Monday Morning. Order on Friday at 2pm, your order will ship out first thing Monday Morning. Order on Friday at 10am, your will ship that same day. 
If you Order Multiple times over the weekend and the orders have not yet shipped, we can combine the shipping and refund you the difference so you're not paying to ship multiple orders separately at the same time. Shipping charges are based on the monetary amount of your order and the shipping destination. All shipments will be made consistent with M*CARBO’s then in force shipping and handling policy, which is hereinafter incorporated by reference and may be changed at any time and within M*CARBO’s sole and absolute discretion.

We offer a variety of Shipping Options on the Cart Checkout Page.  Fed Ex, UPS and USPS all pick up packages from us daily.  We display shipping estimates based on information provided to us by the carriers in order help you select a shipping option.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Furthermore, we do not refund shipping costs do to slower than expected delivery. This is out of our control as the carriers will make the delivery of gun parts to your door. We're here to help and assist you in any way possible if you have issues with delivery.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your package arrives severely damaged, take a picture of the package BEFORE opening.  Inspect the items inside and if there is an issue, send the pic to us via email to help@mcarbo.com

Any damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within fifteen (15) days of receipt. For damaged shipments, the original box and packaging must be kept until the carrier/shipper who delivered claims them unnecessary for any claim purpose. If not reported within fifteen (15) days of receipt, M*CARBO will consider all claims of damage, defect, or other error waived. All shipment fees incurring from refused products shall be paid by you and will not be chargeable to M*CARBO.

LOST PACKAGE

M*CARBO provides a tracking number once your package has shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number via email, please email us at help@mcarbo.com or call us at 727-223-1816.

If your package tracking information says "In Transit" but hasn't been delivered, Please allow up to 10 Business days of "Ship Date" for Mail Carrier to deliver your package.  While you are waiting it would be helpful to ask your local mail carrier and stop by the local mail carrier office to inquire about the delayed package.  Please contact us after waiting 10 Business days for the package to show up.

We Are Not Responsible for Orders that are Delivered to the wrong address as a result of incorrect shipping information entered at checkout*

STOLEN PACKAGE 

If your tracking number says your package was delivered and your local mail carrier can not help you locate it.  You may suspect your package was stolen, in this case you must file a Police Report ASAP.  Do Not Wait.  We will need a copy of the Police Report to file a claim with either UPS, USPS or FedEx.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

We offer Free USPS shipping on orders with parts valued at $50 or more. This promotion is only valid on orders that are under one pound in total weight.
