Significant Improvement over Stock
Installation was challenging because of sear spring capture, but once completed, I was intimately familiar with the internal workings of the P365. The trigger from the factory is adequate, but if you are want to improve the trigger this is the way to go. The takeup and reset are so much better than factory without compromising reliability or safety for an edc. Trigger weight at just over 4lbs.
Excellent!
This is quite the upgrade from the plastic POS that Sig provides! Excellent fit and function!!!
Well Machined!
This is a really well machined setup and fits and functions perfectly! A+
I reviewed the wrong item, by accident. GENIUS!
Sorry guys, I reviewed the wrong product. This is the one I had meant to review. I don't own the other one. Anyhow, here is a copy and paste...People throw the word genius around willy nilly. I am not one of them people. I say, this is genius. It is not only better and smarter in concept but also in material. Sig Sauer would be wise to ask for help from this company. Thank you MCARBO for having the creative talent and initiative to make such genius improvements. The engineer of this particular item seems to me to have genius and passion for his work. I thank all of you. Cheers and Aloha to you.
Improves trigger feel - 1 thing to look out for
This striker felt so good I got it for both my 365x and shalotek xxl slides. Installed the strikers with the spring they came with. However after going to the range I noticed it worked flawlessly with factory ammo, but using reloads I was getting 20 to 40 percent light primer strikes. I put the OEM spring in both slides but kept the titanium striker. Went back to the range and no more issues with reloads. Trigger feels just a bit higher weight than with the lighter spring but not drastically. So if you reload and are having issues, try the OEM striker spring.
Expensive But Worth It
I was a little skeptical that the cost would justify the performance advantage over stock but I was so wrong. Besides the obvious advantage of being made from titanium, when coupled with the short stroke trigger the pull and reset are noticeably crisper. I am comparing this side by side to the same gun with just the trigger upgrade and the difference in tactile feel is night and day. Will be ordering one for my P365 that just has the short stroke trigger as soon as they come back in stock. Two thumbs up M Carbo.
Titanium Firing Pin Assembly Sig P365 function poorly
My P 365 would misfeed about every 4-5 rounds using both range ammunition and expensive carry ammunition -this company wasn’t interested in helping me solve the problem-said they would send another firing pin spring -they sent the wrong spring and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received a correct replacement -never offered to replace the whole assembly
Good upgrade
As much as I love my Sig P365 and P226, I was shocked to find a large chunk of black plastic designed into my stock striker. I elected to upgrade to this titanium striker assembly, even though I think it is way overpriced. I think $80-100 would be a fair price. I know from their back-ordering that they are selling a ton of them, so the up-front engineering and production set-up costs should be easily covered, so how about dropping the price, Brothers?
My stock striker had several gouges in the plastic parts, so I think the replacement was warranted. While I was waiting for the back-ordered part, I disassembled it to polish out the plastic gouges. The removable spring cups are tricky, but I got them back in okay.
The titanium replacement was a little sticky in action, so I disassembled it to put a small amount of Slide-Glide by Brian Enos where needed. Unfortunately, this time one of the plastic spring cups shot off into space somewhere. I used one of the stock cups to complete reassembly. MCarbo sells replacements for $20 a pair— yikes! Together they are about the size of a pea. Pretty pricy, but you’ve gotta have them. Just a warning to the wise!
waiting to hear if it fits the P365 for California Model?
Yes it will! Our trigger is the only product that we have out that isn't compatible unless you remove the magazine disconnect.
As far as I know y’all supply these to everyone else and where all asking for them so where they at, respectfully?
Another Vet
We have been sending them out as batches as soon as we complete machining them. The next batch is expected to be sent out 12/18 which will include your order!
When will these be back in stock??
will this work with california p365??
Curious if any new p365x will not work with this and if it does work I'm really looking for a aluminum colored back plate if that's possible. Any info would be appreciated.
Will you offer an upgrade kit (striker housing & slide end cap only) for those of us who've purchased the prior version of the Titanium Performance Striker ?
We have discontinued the striker sleeve assembly to be sold separately as we don't recommend the factory striker due to striker tip breakages. If you already have our Titanium striker then give us a call and we will create a custom order for the striker assembly to be caught up with the full drop-in package.
If my P365 does not have the pin lock cap will this product still work? If not, will you come out with one that will?
Are replacement springs available for the striker unit and how often should they be changed?
Looking for an answer to my question about my 2 365 slides.

I have 2 365 xl slides and the latest one does not have a hole in rear to accept the plunger on your Titanium Striker assb. Are you planning to make one for this type and /or will the existing one work?

If I had to guess I'd say no, just probably not practical to design a whole different setup for a small subset of 365s. Thankfully it's not very expensive to pick up a factory slide from someone who's replaced theirs with an aftermarket. I also assume some aftermarket slides also have this same hole, but I've never checked.

How far out is the back order?
Has anyone tried this in combination with the trigger kit from Tactical Trigger? My main concern is compatibility with Tactical Trigger's kit having its own slide cap as well which is needed as their pre-travel shim engages the firing pin block connector, blocking an oem slide cap during assembly.
I asked and they said you would need to have them modify the mcarbo cap if you wanted to use their pre-travel stop. Though after saying this they continued with several paragraphs making it clear they aren't mcarbo's biggest fan haha.

Assuming this can be used with OEM striker spring if wanted, without issue? Obviously just not optimized or lightened perceived pull?
Correct! The OEM Striker Spring can be used but just won't have the optimized trigger pull weight reduction.
When will these be back in stock??
We should be shipping out Back-Orders in 5-6 weeks
Thank you for your service!
I have the 365 with your spring kit and flat trigger kit . When replacing the OEM striker with the titanium striker is the spring that comes with the titanium striker the same as the replaced one that came with the spring kit or will it lighten trigger pull even more? Thank you
The striker spring used in the Titanium Striker Assembly is a 3lb striker spring, which will allow further trigger pull reduction from the trigger spring kit that uses the 4lb striker spring.
Wondering the same thing....

I have the Rose Gold version of the P365 which has a Rose Gold colored endcap. Does the all in one striker assy. only come with the Black endcap?
Yes right now the slide cap is only available in black. If you guys are interested in different color/texture options we'll make some.
