As good as the original part

I know the description says it will reduce the trigger pull down from a stock 5 lbs. to 2.75lbs. I didn't measure the trigger pull on my 9mm PC Carbine before I ordered the recoil pad and trigger spring. I did measure it once I got the new parts though. Before disassembling the rifle I had a 10 pull average of 2lbs 14.7oz, using my Lyman trigger pull gauge. After installation I got a 10 pull average of 2lbs 15.8oz. I gained 1 ounce of trigger pull. Does it bother me? Only a little that I didn't test my rifle before spending money on a part I really didn't need. Had I tested it before ordering, I would've probably not ordered it. Worse case scenario, I now have a spare original trigger spring. SO, if you have a PC Carbine and you test your trigger pull and it is near the 5lb factory average, this will do good things for your gun.
