Easy Install and Good Results
Installed the stainless guide rod and extra power spring. Had no problems with the OEM rod/spring but wanted steel. Took it to the range and did 350 rounds. 200 Blazer 124g FMJ, 100 Fiochi 115g FMJ, and 50 124g HP handloads. Not a single issue with good extraction/ejection patterns. Did notice slight recoil reduction. Cleaned afterward and everything was good as new. Order processing and shipping was fast. Thanks!

Between weekly IDPA matches and practice with Cool Fire trainer, my SP-01 Tactical is getting the equivalent of around 1000 rounds monthly. I've had an MCARBO SS guide rod installed for years now and never an issue, not that I would expect one.
Just purchased a SP-01 Shadow and starting to get it tuned for IDPA competition. MCARBO SS Guide Rod was the first thing replaced. (Hard to believe CZ ships this level pistol with plastic guide rod)

Great Upgrade
Slide action is so much smoother since installing the guide rob in my SP01. Using the factory flat recoil spring with it and have no complaints. Was a sucker to get back together though, just had to take my time and make sure everything was aligned (as mentioned in the installation video).

What is the length of the CZ 75 SP-01 Stainless Steel Guide Rod ? It looks right (if long enough) to install on a Sar K12 Sport.

The length is 3-5/8". The M*CARBO CZ 75 SP-01 Stainless Steel Guide Rod is designed as a direct replacement for the factory polymer guide rod. The SAR K12 Sport is a 9mm single-action pistol with a 4.7" barrel, drawing design inspiration from the CZ 75 platform. However, there are subtle differences in dimensions and internal components between the two models.? ?? Potential Fitment Issues - Guide Rod Length: The slight difference in barrel length (4.6" vs. 4.7") may affect the guide rod's fit. Recoil Spring Assembly: The SAR K12 Sport may have a different recoil spring setup, which could impact compatibility.
My SP-01 Tactical has the factory flat wire recoil spring. Will this guide rod work with it?
