Worth the price
I have a P365XL that I use for conceal carry and if I'm going to put my life on the line I want nothing but the best, that said Sig has produced an outstanding firearm in the P365 but it had an inherent weak link being the firing pin striker is a MIM component and been known to break under certain conditions. When I first saw the MCarbo Titanium Striker assy and looked at the quality of this part and how much better it is made in comparison to the factory striker including the stainless striker guide sleeve for service usage in cleaning the gun it only makes sense to get this complete assy and improve the total performance of your weapon. This is a "must have" for all P365 owners. Thanks MCarbo
P365 Titanium Striker Assembly - P365X
Easy install with the accompanying video (Thank You!). Removing the stock striker once was all it took to convince me that the plastic sleeve had to go. This is an especially well engineered solution that is far superior to the stock assembly in both fit and function. Highly recommended!
Simple solution to a nagging problem
After 2 months I finally have a great piece of engineering. P365XL with 2 yrs of EDC & 700+ rnds. After many stripdowns the OEM assembly is looking very ragged. The plastic is wearing & it doesn't fully seat in the slide anymore. The back cap is also sloppy. New assembly is top notch. I am a trade machinist and have to say they did a great in-house QA. All measurements were spot on. Firing pin extrusion was within .002 of OEM, and all edges were dressed. The satisfying snap of the rear cover really brought everything together. Trigger break doesn't feel different but is still crispy ( running MCarbo spring kit). Need to get some rounds downrange for a better assessment. Great job guys
I’ll be buying a couple more
Such a great solution to sig’s plastic garbage. Love it, keep up awesome innovations!
(Extended slide catch & takedown levers would be greaaaaare 😉🤞🙏)
Sig Sauer P365 Titanium Striker Assembly - CNC Striker Housing w/ Slide Cap - Including Proprietary Lock
Easy to install and improved how the trigger pull and reset on my Sig TAC OPS. I didn't use the firing pin spring that came installed on the Sig Sauer P365 Titanium Striker Assembly. But install the factory firing pin spring, this pistol is my EDC and I feel safe carrying it this way. When to to the shooting range and shot 150 rounds to have all the parts working together. A Great Titanium Striker Assembly!!!
P365 striker assembly
Great product, easy install, works great, great improvement to my pistol.
Titanium Striker
This is a very great idea for your sig up grade. I didn't give it a 5 star because of the rough machining on the striker. I had to polish the machining edges on the strike to get a good smooth trigger pull. I went as far as to go to Mcarbo here inFl. to have them look at it. They were very helpful and cleaned it up a little more. Now it is a lot better. I am seriously looking into getting my other sig up graded.
Great upgrade, but ...
This is a substantial improvement over the stock Sig striker assembly. However, my P365XL slide lacked the "cutout" for the new endcap retaining pin. This applies to very few pf the 365s, but if there had been a prominent advisory note, I would have looked before ordering.
Both initial and return shipping were handled promptly.
I have other MCarbo products and consider it a high quality firm.
Looking for an answer to my question about my 2 365 slides.

I have 2 365 xl slides and the latest one does not have a hole in rear to accept the plunger on your Titanium Striker assb. Are you planning to make one for this type and /or will the existing one work?

If I had to guess I'd say no, just probably not practical to design a whole different setup for a small subset of 365s. Thankfully it's not very expensive to pick up a factory slide from someone who's replaced theirs with an aftermarket. I also assume some aftermarket slides also have this same hole, but I've never checked.

How far out is the back order?
Has anyone tried this in combination with the trigger kit from Tactical Trigger? My main concern is compatibility with Tactical Trigger's kit having its own slide cap as well which is needed as their pre-travel shim engages the firing pin block connector, blocking an oem slide cap during assembly.
I asked and they said you would need to have them modify the mcarbo cap if you wanted to use their pre-travel stop. Though after saying this they continued with several paragraphs making it clear they aren't mcarbo's biggest fan haha.

Assuming this can be used with OEM striker spring if wanted, without issue? Obviously just not optimized or lightened perceived pull?
Correct! The OEM Striker Spring can be used but just won't have the optimized trigger pull weight reduction.
When will these be back in stock??
We should be shipping out Back-Orders in 5-6 weeks
Thank you for your service!
I have the 365 with your spring kit and flat trigger kit . When replacing the OEM striker with the titanium striker is the spring that comes with the titanium striker the same as the replaced one that came with the spring kit or will it lighten trigger pull even more? Thank you
The striker spring used in the Titanium Striker Assembly is a 3lb striker spring, which will allow further trigger pull reduction from the trigger spring kit that uses the 4lb striker spring.
Wondering the same thing....

I have the Rose Gold version of the P365 which has a Rose Gold colored endcap. Does the all in one striker assy. only come with the Black endcap?
Yes right now the slide cap is only available in black. If you guys are interested in different color/texture options we'll make some.
