Easy to install

I did not have a good feeling for the striker assembly provided by SIG. I found it difficult to re-install after cleaning, and I did not have confidence that the plastic components would hold up to much use. MCarbo has an excellent video on this product. I don't think the installation took even five minutes. I haven't had a chance to go to the range yet, so I cannot comment on the performance in use.
Fixes light strikes!!

It’s official, this striker kit is awesome! I can’t pin point the exact reason or specifics but it actually feels tad smooth on fire too. This is a quality piece. But! The biggest thing, it fixes the light strike issues some of us have with the light trigger springs kit! Absolutely no issues at all now—100% flawless with any brand I threw at it. So I have a smooth, crisp light trigger that is 100% reliable now! So nice having my carry pistol back.
Better Than Factory

This is a good upgrade as you get two improvements. The striker sleeve and back plate which makes it 10 times easier to take the gun apart. You don't have to mangle the plastic sleeve to get it apart. And the second improvement is the titanium striker actually makes my MCarbo flat trigger feel even better which I thought would have been impossible.
Needs a little more testing for me

I have an FDEZ xl slide. (Not the best company). So take this with a grain of salt. I was getting a lot of light primer strikes. About 1-2 in 10. But the feel of the trigger is awesome now. It completely changes how it breaks and takes most if not all the creep out! I put the stock spring in and I’m going to further test it. It may be fine in a stock set up. But for me I hope the stock spring fixes the striker. Quality is impeccable though good job.

When I received the SIG365 Titanium Striker Assembly (TSA) the first thing I noticed was the solid contruction and it looks awesome!!! In comparison with the OEM striker assembly, I am very certain I made a good investment on my EDC. I am glad that truly disassemble my SIG365 to give it good clean without worring about breaking the sleeve tab. Also, love the double lock system. Thank you very much to all the personnel in M*Carbo for this well thought system.

I finally got a chance to send some freedom seeds down the range last weekend and am suitably impressed with the striker assembly. Installation was straightforward and easy to accomplish, and the build quality and workmanship is outstanding throughout. I was shooting 124g Blazer Brass for the range session and ran probably close to 150 rounds through my P365 XL (with Harrington Arms Comp installed), and the M*Carbo striker assembly ran flawlessly. I did notice a slight lightening of the trigger pull, but not an obvious improvement over the stock P365 XL Spectre Comp I was comparing it against. The all-metal (titanium and steel) construction of this assembly is what sets it apart from the SIG OEM one. Obviously, the M*Carbo is built to last a long time. Is it worth the $200 price tag? I'll have to leave that up to the you. If you're looking for obvious increased/noticeable performance, you won't, at least I didn't, find it with this assembly and is over-priced, if that is your primary reason. But, if you're looking for a quality-built assemblage that will obviously out-last the stock, then this is the right upgrade for you.

We have discontinued the striker sleeve assembly to be sold separately as we don't recommend the factory striker due to striker tip breakages. If you already have our Titanium striker then give us a call and we will create a custom order for the striker assembly to be caught up with the full drop-in package.

If I had to guess I'd say no, just probably not practical to design a whole different setup for a small subset of 365s. Thankfully it's not very expensive to pick up a factory slide from someone who's replaced theirs with an aftermarket. I also assume some aftermarket slides also have this same hole, but I've never checked.

Has anyone tried this in combination with the trigger kit from Tactical Trigger? My main concern is compatibility with Tactical Trigger's kit having its own slide cap as well which is needed as their pre-travel shim engages the firing pin block connector, blocking an oem slide cap during assembly.

I asked and they said you would need to have them modify the mcarbo cap if you wanted to use their pre-travel stop. Though after saying this they continued with several paragraphs making it clear they aren't mcarbo's biggest fan haha.

Question:
Thank you for your service! I have the 365 with your spring kit and flat trigger kit . When replacing the OEM striker with the titanium striker is the spring that comes with the titanium striker the same as the replaced one that came with the spring kit or will it lighten trigger pull even more? Thank you
Charlie B August 5, 2023 1:37 PM

The striker spring used in the Titanium Striker Assembly is a 3lb striker spring, which will allow further trigger pull reduction from the trigger spring kit that uses the 4lb striker spring.

Question:
Curious if any new p365x will not work with this and if it does work I'm really looking for a aluminum colored back plate if that's possible. Any info would be appreciated.

Question:
Will you offer an upgrade kit (striker housing & slide end cap only) for those of us who've purchased the prior version of the Titanium Performance Striker ?

We have discontinued the striker sleeve assembly to be sold separately as we don't recommend the factory striker due to striker tip breakages. If you already have our Titanium striker then give us a call and we will create a custom order for the striker assembly to be caught up with the full drop-in package.

Question:
I have 2 365 xl slides and the latest one does not have a hole in rear to accept the plunger on your Titanium Striker assb. Are you planning to make one for this type and /or will the existing one work?

If I had to guess I'd say no, just probably not practical to design a whole different setup for a small subset of 365s. Thankfully it's not very expensive to pick up a factory slide from someone who's replaced theirs with an aftermarket. I also assume some aftermarket slides also have this same hole, but I've never checked.

Question:
Has anyone tried this in combination with the trigger kit from Tactical Trigger? My main concern is compatibility with Tactical Trigger's kit having its own slide cap as well which is needed as their pre-travel shim engages the firing pin block connector, blocking an oem slide cap during assembly.

I asked and they said you would need to have them modify the mcarbo cap if you wanted to use their pre-travel stop. Though after saying this they continued with several paragraphs making it clear they aren't mcarbo's biggest fan haha.

Question:
Assuming this can be used with OEM striker spring if wanted, without issue? Obviously just not optimized or lightened perceived pull?

Correct! The OEM Striker Spring can be used but just won't have the optimized trigger pull weight reduction.

Question:
Thank you for your service! I have the 365 with your spring kit and flat trigger kit . When replacing the OEM striker with the titanium striker is the spring that comes with the titanium striker the same as the replaced one that came with the spring kit or will it lighten trigger pull even more? Thank you

The striker spring used in the Titanium Striker Assembly is a 3lb striker spring, which will allow further trigger pull reduction from the trigger spring kit that uses the 4lb striker spring.
