3 P365 Sigs - 3 MCarbo Titanium Striker Assemblies
I finally got around to installing my third titanium striker assembly. If I buy a fourth P365, I'm sure I'll order a fourth MCarbo assembly. These are a must-buy product for your P365. It will change the way your trigger feels in a major positive way. For those of you who would ask, "Why don't you just buy a gun with a better trigger and striker assembly?" My answer is: Paying $200 (+/-) for a great trigger on the gun you love is a lot better than spending $700 for a good trigger, and then taking your old gun and putting it in a safe to stay unused for years. Man, I love these titanium striker assemblies. Makes cleaning the gun a lot easier.
P365 X-Macro Custom Build
Recently I built a X-Macro. I started with a performance works Gold TiN FCU, Sharps Bros Aluminum Grip Module, and a Norsso Piranha Bull Barrell and Slide set. Of course i had to source and install the slide completion parts. I choose to use the MCARBO striker, extractor and Trigger plus misc ISMI springs. Originally I had only installed the sriker, the supplied striker spring and the Edge Extractor kit. I used a factory SIG Striker Block kit. I also added a Trijicon RMRcc, as I am not a fan of Chineese made optics. I also added a NDZ Performance Guide Rod assembly.I had tested the trigger and striker combination, I was amazed at how much crisper and cleaner the trigger break was even with the SIG FCU Factory trigger. I did not modify any of the Factory FCU springs. I took it to the range and the Striker worked flawlessly with 50 rounds. I took the gun back home and proceeded with the Trigger Install. The resultant trigger pull weight is 3.75 Lbs when pulled along the losest point on the MCARBO trigger. The resulting trigger brake and reset are amazing. Back to the range and another 50 Rounds with flawless striker performace. The grips are from Burkett Customs and made from a 20,000 year old Woolly Mammoth Tooth. https://burkettcustoms.com/
The mush remover solution
I was skeptical at first but in constant search for a crisp trigger. This striker along with the spring kit great improved the trigger pull. The lessen the mush and ether break. Which I found it sooner.
One of the best parts you can buy for a P365
This striker kit makes disassembly super quick and easy compared to the stock backplate and striker. The titanium striker housing is also more durable than the stock plstic one. The plastic one will be deformed after 1 time taking your gun apart, and it's a pain to get the original backplate off. The new one you just use a punch and its off in about 10 seconds, no damage. Not sure why sig made a part so easy to be damaged, but this kit will solve that problem completely.
Titanium striker and straight trigger upgrade
I purchased an Sig 365 for my EDC. While shooting with a friend who carries a custom Kimber fired his weapon then my Sig. I was depressed. The typical striker fired pistol does not have a smooth steady pull like a custom 1911 style pistol. I looked at new pistols but them saw an ad for MCARBO. I purchased the trigger, spring kit, and titanium striker with the stainless steel bushing and upgraded back plate. I installed the parts and honed the sear and headed to the range. The upgrade felt great. Nice crisp trigger pull with hardly any creep and no over travel. I noticed that my shot group for 20 rounds was tighter than my friends 10 shot groups from his custom Kimber. I shot several rounds then tried his Kimber again. Then I went back to shooting my upgraded Sig. I was so happy with the upgrades. I am glad I went with MCARBO instead of buying a new pistol. The improvement was tremendous. My friend who is a former SWAT sniper tried my upgraded MCARBO Sig and shot better with it than with his own Kimber.
Well worth the price and the results were fantastic.
Love it!
A couple hundred rounds in. A few types of ammo, so far flawless. It feels great and is higher quality that factory oem. No more plastic housing.
Major saftey issues
Striker block moves past the safety stop after firing. Waiting for the armor to respond. Customer service was rude as hell and couldn't provide a time estimate meanwhile they hold a 30 day return policy. Waiting to hear back.

I am a retired Law Enforcement officer.
I am disabled due to a bad fall I had and was forced to retire and live on a month to month fixed income.
And I wanted to know if you sell the Stainless striker housing separate from the striker itself and how much would it and the back slide plate would be.
As living on a fixed month to month income I find it hard to afford much, And I do want to upgrade mine and my wife's p365 concealed carry pistols.
And I do not like the plastic striker housing that Sig uses, So please let me know if you sell them separate and how much it would be, As I am interested in getting a couple of them.
Sincerely: Kenneth

Can you install a OEM spring on the Stainless steel striker?
I don't like the thought of a lighter pull.
Since no one seems to have answered you, and because I’m wondering the same thing because of the same concerns, I don’t see why the OEM spring couldn’t be used. And until or unless I hear or find out otherwise, I’ll continue to feel it can be.

Just purchased a new P365. Do I need to remove slide and striker plate to see if it has the hole.
Big TW August 13, 2025 4:47 PM
Yes - You will need to remove the slide and backplate to confirm if there is a channel for the pin.
Installed the new titanium striker. Can't get the slide back in holder up on the hook. The slide cap is hanging up on the hook. The hook is down as far as it can go. Any ideas?
Please contact help@mcarbo.com so that we can address your issue
Can't put the slide in all the way. I pushed the hook down but catches on the back cap. I installed the new sticker. What should I do?

Does it fit with the FUSE?
Yes this kit works with the Fuse Model.
Does this reduce the trigger weight? If so by how much?
Stock p365 Fuse
Good Morning,
It does reduce the spring pull a bit but not significantly by itself. Paired with our spring kit it should drop it about 2lbs roughly

Anyone know if the Strike Industries slide has the channel for end cap pin? I have and love this striker and I'm looking to buy a strike industries slide but i'm not willing to give up this striker for the slide.
Does this item work with the 365 manual safety option?
GJB February 2, 2025 9:03 AM
do you guys sell, just the steel striker housing? thats all i want.
Sorry, we only offer this as a complete kit at the moment
Will there be a version in the future for slides without the channel for the locking pin? Because I have the P365 Fuse without that channel. Or can i just install it without the pin and it will function (someone in the comments below stated he instaled it on te fuse but didn't mention if he has the slide cut).
Does this work with P365 with Safety?

Is it possible to use the OEM heavier spring on this firing pin? I just want the durability of the titanium but with the reliability of the heavier OEM spring.
Yes it is, but I would recommend getting the lighter spring kit they have and using that one. The one that comes with the titanium striker is about 3 pounds, the spring kit is about 4 and stock is about 5. With the stock spring you would be putting more wear than is necessary but it would run.
Would this fit my sig p365 mfg date June 7, 2018?
Davek November 24, 2024 1:46 PM
I have the FDEX WERX comp'd slide that had the channel cut out, however the retaining pin does not like up correctly so the pin locks into the back plate. Is this safe to use or are there remedies? Thanks.
Will this fit the p365 fuse?
Update 12/03/2024. Installed the Mcarbo trigger and Mcarbo firing pin assembly in my Sig Fuse...I put 1,000 rounds of 115 grain Magtech through it and I did not experience a single issue, no misfires, no hangfires and no squibs..... I felt the dramatic difference in the trigger, it is a 180 degree difference from the stock sig trigger. I can not that the factory firing pin assembly started to mar after just to removals. The Mcarbo trigger, was a super easy instal. If you have questions about the fitment or compatibility of the mcarbo in the fuse, ensure you call mcarbo and they will tell you to look at the back end of your upper receiver to see if there is a machined cut out where the spring will go. I am overall pleased with this product.
Spoke to "fox" from MCarbo on 11/18/2024 and he stated that the firing pin kit IS compatible with the SIG P365 FUSE.
Does the included slide cap come in different colors if not can one be made to order

If possible I have the gold color accessories on my p365 x macro would you be able to make a slide cap in that color
It looks like the stainless striker housing requires your slide cap with spring loaded pin. If I want to retain my current slide cap, I would need to retain the plastic striker housing, correct? (Or otherwise drill a hole in it in order to use the stainless housing...)
Are there issues with light strikes? I saw a couple people mention that and want to make sure that has been addressed, as this is an EDC and needs to go bang every time.
I have fired over 2000 round with this striker in my p365 and have not had a single light strike or any other malfunction. I have been using Blazer Brass 115 gr. This is a Great Striker!

Love all the products I have purchased from M-Carbo, I just installed the Ti assembly in my EDC P365XL, sadly I am experiencing light striker hits. I'm running new 115 ammo, CCI and Buffalo, Can the trigger pull distance cause this? I'm planning on adjusting more travel into it and will remove firing mechanism to clean and retry, any thoughts?
I would recommend increasing striker spring weight if you're having light strikes. The striker spring that comes with the MCARBO trigger spring kit is 4 pounds, halfway between the one that comes with the titanium striker (3lbs) and stock (5lbs) If you still have light strikes (I doubt that would happen but anything is possible, as I have this setup in my pistol now) you can use the stock striker spring.
To everyone who purchased this setup, is it really worth the money? When you add the tax and shipping, the price seems a bit high. I would think that if the price was more around the 129.99 to 149.99 mark, they would make more sales.

Agree …. Cost benefit with oem parts even if I replaced several times
I'm having lite strikes to no strike on my primers ever since installation of all M*Carbo products on my 365 except your new barrel with compensator. Can you send out a new striker spring (may be defective) for the titanium striker and also some information on adjusting the trigger travel screw? Your link to this did not work. Thank you.
Does the striker spring retaining cups separate or are they one piece?
The striker spring retaining cups are separate components.

Does this work on the new P365 ASG Legion? I previously installed this on one of the early model P365's and loved it, but not sure whether it will work (or is even worth it) for my newest version?
My Shalotek slide does not have the channel, so I won’t be able to use your housing or plate, unfortunately. But the striker and spring will still work with the oem housing and plate, correct?

Correct. The striker and striker spring will work with the factory set up and shalotek slides. However since shalotek did not mill the small channel into their slides the mcarbo slide cap and plunger lock will not work.

I’m unfortunately one of those having major light strike issues after your trigger spring kit (which I love otherwise).
Can I assume this Ti striker kit will resolve that too?
Enigma January 21, 2024 10:01 AM
I have both and would recomend using the titanium striker with the striker spring from your trigger spring kit, not the one that comes with the titanium striker if you're having light strikes. That would be a compromise in striker spring weight between stock and what comes with the striker. 3 pounds with Ti striker, 4 pounds in trigger spring kit, 5 pounds is stock.
I just received the CNC Striker and was wondering if it was possible to order an additional back plate?
Have you done any testing on the strength of the sear lug vs OEM? I would love to see some info on this.
When are orders going to be shipping? I placed my order quite some time ago with no ETA. I already contacted support with no response

I bought a trigger spring kit, will I have to change the spring on this to the one in my kit? Unfortunately it’s not your trigger kit it’s armory craft. Not sure if using there’s or just dropping this in. Much appreciated thanks guys!
waiting to hear if it fits the P365 for California Model?
Yes it will! Our trigger is the only product that we have out that isn't compatible unless you remove the magazine disconnect.
As far as I know y’all supply these to everyone else and where all asking for them so where they at, respectfully?

We have been sending them out as batches as soon as we complete machining them. The next batch is expected to be sent out 12/18 which will include your order!
When will these be back in stock??
will this work with california p365??
Curious if any new p365x will not work with this and if it does work I'm really looking for a aluminum colored back plate if that's possible. Any info would be appreciated.
