KEL-TEC SUB-2000 Full Installation Service

SUB-2000 Full Installation Service is a Flat Rate that will cover the installation of all M*CARBO SUB-2000 Parts installed at one time.
We will not install any other parts but our own. No exceptions.
THIS IS THE SERVICE FEE ONLY. Parts you want installed must be purchased in addition to this Service Fee from our website.
Payment MUST be received up front before any custom installation work can be done. *This includes walk-in customers.
Firearm MUST arrive at M*CARBO within 30 days of Service Purchase.

Shipping / Pick-Up Information:

Include in the box: An empty magazine with Firearm for testing purposes - DO NOT send any ammo.
Include in the box: A copy of your Drivers License with a CURRENT return mailing address on it. If the ID does not show your current address we need to ship it back to a FFL.

Why Do You Need My License?

Shipping Firearm - Email a Picture or Copy of your Driver License toFFL@MCARBO.COM to speed up processing time. Reference your Order Number in Email.

M*CARBO’s abandoned property policy for gunsmith repair services firearms and firearm transfers:

A customer will be notified multiple times via email and phone call that a firearm is completed or that it has been received in store, the customer will have 30 days to pick up or provide shipping information for their firearm and/or merchandise after the service is completed.
After 30 days, the customer will be assessed a $10/day storage fee until the firearm and/or merchandise is picked up or the value of the firearm or cost of labor has been collected.
Once the storage fees exceed the cost of labor and/or value of the firearm, the firearm will be considered abandoned.
Once the firearm is considered abandoned, the customer will be contacted one final time via certified mail; considered the final notice. After 10 calendar days the firearm will be put on the website for resale.

Kel-Tec Gen.2 Sub 2000 Buttstock Pad

Great addition to the weapon! You may want to provide the drill bit size to use when drilling the 4 screw holes for the Buttstock Pad. I figured it out and it worked perfectly! Warn people to protect the inside of the Buttstock when drilling, or your drill bit could scratch the Buttstock. PS…I love the M*CARBO Optic Mount too!!

I had 9 M Carbo parts installed by them and it completely changed the Kel Tec 2000. I am totally satisfied with their service. The trigger went from near 7lbs to 4.5lbs !! This gun was "crap'' before but now I can enjoy plinking with a suppressor. I have used their spring kits on a few handguns before. They all worked as described.

Wow McCarbo very professional, highest quality materials. Took all my calls and my emails. I cannot properly put into word how pleased I am with McCarbo’s commitment and detail. I fretted about shipping my Sub but once I knew it arrived a sigh of relief and anticipation took over. Well worth using McCarbo service. I’m a do it myself guy and spent many hours looking for a spring not this time.

I own an M-Series Sub2K bought from you guys a couple years back. It is Gen 2. I see Kel-Tec has just released their Gen 3 with the improved collapse & rotate "folding upper." Will you be offering an option to replace the original Gen 2 upper with the Gen 3?

Can you advise on general timing in terms of your backlog and from receipt how long to turn a general service request around since it appears your quoting a flat rate regardless of the number of catalog items requested....Example: Say I ordered today, and had my gun delivered to you within a week to 10 days what's the likely total turn around time for me to see my gun again? Hello, at the top of the installation page is our current lead time. As of 9/28/21, we are looking at 4-5 weeks from the date your firearm is received before we are able to ship it back to you.
