Springfield Hellcat Titanium Performance Striker Assembly
Experience a notable 30% reduction in trigger creep with the improved striker lug geometry of our Springfield Hellcat Titanium Performance Striker Assembly.
Compatible with Springfield Hellcat Micro-Compact models, including Hellcat 380 / .380 ACP variants.
While the sear engagement remains more than that of a Glock, our assembly is drop-safe and has undergone rigorous drop-testing to a modified version of SAAMI Z299.5-2016, ensuring reliability and safety.
M*CARBO’s lightweight Titanium Striker for Springfield Hellcat is your optimal solution to mitigate the common primer drag associated with the OEM Striker.
Our custom striker spring cups feature enhanced hydrodynamics. This design allows water, if entered into the striker channel, to flow past the striker spring cups, ensuring smooth functionality even in damp conditions.
For those who engage in extensive dry-firing, the use of a Snap Cap is recommended. Additionally, we advise including your dry-firing in your live fire count to ensure all springs and pins maintain top condition.

Defective part
Was excited to receive this assembly to use with my original spring & cups but tried it as is before making any changes.
My trigger REFUSED to RESET without help, was 10× as gritty when able to move as it would also get stuck and unable to be manipulated.
Put my oem assembly back & everything was fine. This was for a reliability upgrade, hence my plan to not swap a single spring or use the nice(for range/comp) trigger.
INSTEAD, it was causing damage to my Hellcat that would've added up fast if usable.
Putting my life at risk with the ATROCIOUS MACHINING AND LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL. Be careful when using their parts in anything but a range or competition gun. Which mine is neither. Really disappointed. WILL UPDATE ON HOW THEY HANDLE THIS. Good customer service goes a long way to making up for things
PLEASE BUY THIS!
I have a fully custom hellcat pro and the best game changing upgrades I did for it is this striker assembly kit with the springs, paired with an apex tactical trigger. Best trigger I have on any pistol even more than my $3400 sig p320 build. It’s got such a crisp and strong wall and break, and the reset is perfect. Also if you haven’t get a hogue rubber handall grip it’s like $15 and makes a huge difference
You Need This Upgrade!
Chances are you've been looking at this upgrade more than a few times wondering, "Is it really worth it?" The answer is a resounding YES! The installation is easy, and the striker assembly makes a noticeable, positive difference when firing the Hellcat. As much as I loved my Hellcat I was not impressed with the trigger pull; it was a great EDC firearm cursed with just a functional trigger. The trigger felt like there was too much slop to uptake before the wall, the weight of the trigger pull at the wall was slightly too heavy, and despite that heavy weight the resulting break both felt, and sounded, "mushy" (best way I can describe that). The M*Carbo Springfield Hellcat Titanium Performance Striker Assembly fixes ALL of those and then some. The trigger now feels smooth and quick, with a weight that's neither too heavy nor too light for an EDC while still providing a definitive wall before a clean, very crisp, and extremely satisfying break you can feel and hear thanks to the upgraded seer geometry. Who knew a little angle could make a big difference? Clearly, M*Carbo knows their firearms.
This part also addresses the known issue some Hellcats have with either the OEM plastic striker guide fracturing after repeated use, or the OEM striker itself breaking into pieces (Google both). NOT something you want to have happen EVER. Whether causing a light strike and delayed fire or failure to fire that's dangerous, or in a life or death situation when equipment failure could be deadly.
If you're like me, you've probably looked at this upgrade more than a few times. After pulling the trigger (dad joke intended) on this, knowing what I know now it would have been my very first upgrades. It's a great product, well made, AMERICAN made, from a veteran owned business - it's worth every penny! You will not be disappointed!
Striker Upgrade
Installed the striker upgrade today. I can feel the difference just dry firing my Hellcat Pro. Can't wait to test it at the range. Should have gotten the trigger upgrade as well but didn't think I needed it. Well, I'm so happy with the striker, I went ahead and ordered the trigger. Thank you MCarbo!
not working
Installed all parts per instructions after assembly the trigger will not reset all the way when pressing the trigger the safety hangs up on the frame. To get it to not hang up on the frame I have to push the trigger forward to get the clearance it needs. I switched back to the OEM striker and the problem went away.
I have a PRP trigger installed With the mcarbo striker I could get the 4.5 crisp trigger I wanted but pushing the trigger forward before each shot is not acceptable. I went back to the OEM with the metal sleeve on it. The best I can get is around a 5.5 lb.
M*CARBO Hellcat Titanium Performance Striker Assembly
I purchased this striker assembly hoping to reduce my Hellcat's atrocious factory trigger pull. After the easy-to-follow video instructions, the results were unexpected. Brother's, do yourself a favor and purchase this product. The trigger pull on my Hellcat is vastly improved. The pull is much smoother and lighter. It has made this pocket rocket my daily carry. The striker is well engineered, and the fit was perfect, it is worth every penny!
If you only want to do one thing, this is it.
Trigger went from 7lbs to around 5lbs in 20 minutes. It was am amazingly easy transformation. If the budget is tight amd you want a great value with great results, this is it.
Hellcat striker
This hellcat kit is a must to have .5 star easy installation great trigger pull if you have hellcat you will not regret installing it very happy with this company 😀 thank you MCARBO sorry review 2 months late I just got to range .worked very nice
hellcat is known to rattle crazy from striker assembly due to free flow striker pin. would this part help reduce the noise? does your firing pin moves around freely like the stock? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F82Zm1GHozA
Does this fit the Hellcat Pro?

Will this "Hellcat" striker work with the Hellcat "Pro"?
Thank you!
Will this kit work on a hellcat pro
If I already purchased the spring upgrade separately and purchase the titanium firing pin, do I need to replace the springs again or will this effectively be a drop in replacement firing pin assembly for me?
You do NOT need to replace the springs again when installing the Titanium Performance Striker Assembly. The Titanium Striker Assembly is designed as a drop-in replacement that is fully compatible with M*CARBO’s existing Hellcat Trigger Spring Kit.

Seen some reviews regarding light primer strikes once this kit is installed. Are you guys seeing a lot of this issue when the kit has been installed? thanks!

I have a Hellcat Pro that is a California compliant model. I bought your striker assembly kit for it and installed the striker and the spring for the trigger safety only so far. I have not put in the new sear spring yet. The issue I have right now is the trigger and trigger safety do not reset all the way back out when pulling the trigger and then racking the slide. Do I need to install your sear spring to remedy this problem ? Also, with this CA model there is a magazine disconnect safety in this gun. Will that stay in the gun when I pull the trigger assembly out of the gun body or is there another step to be aware of when disassembling ? Thanks for any help.
Fredn March 6, 2024 12:48 PM
Yes, you should install the MCARBO sear spring.**
The symptoms you're describing — trigger and trigger safety not resetting fully after pulling the trigger and racking the slide — are often tied to insufficient spring tension or mismatched spring dynamics in the trigger group.

On my Hellcat Pro, I have a 3.8" True Precision barrel with a a Hyve Monarch installed, will this Striker Assembly work with the True Precision barrel? Thanks in advance, much appreciated!
I have a hyve monarch trigger installed on my hellcat. Can I still install your titanium striker kit without having to swap my trigger ?
I have an apex trigger upgrade for my hellcat pro. Am I supposed to keep my apex springs when installing the new striker or am I supposed to use the ones that come with the new striker???
According to the forums, you can use either spring set (ie replacing the spring on the MCarbo striker with the Apex spring OR replacing the sear spring on the FCU with the Mcarbo unit and leaving the pre-installed striker spring in place- just make sure you use the paired springs for whatever kit you're using). The Apex spring is slightly lighter (somewhere around -0.5lbs iirc) than the factory spring but heavier than the MCarbo spring after break-in. The MCarbo spring set currently has issues running +P rounds as the slide cover plate can come loose. I have read reports that the MCarbo striker complemented with Apex springs (being heavier) can run +P with no issues. Take that with a grain of salt and always listen to the manufacturer/your gunsmith, I am not an expert.
We recommend using our spings we don't test with any aftermarket parts, we can say it will be comparable with any apax part
I've already had an aftermarket trigger installed on my Hellcat Pro that came with a sear spring and a striker spring (sorry guys, not yours, it was before you offered one). Can I install your Titanium Performance Striker Assembly and still have a effectively function without using your sear and shaft spring? And if I do install your striker assembly is it recommended to use the striker spring supplied with the previous trigger or the spring included with your Titanium Performance Striker Assembly? TIA
We tested all our parts with OEM, and we recommend not interchanging parts with other manufactures
I already bought the spring kit and the striker sleeve, a few months back. At the time the striker was out of stock. Is there a way go buy just the striker now? Thanks.
No, due to the striker needing MCARBO springs in it, we only offer the bundle that includes the spring kit to ensure no failure to operate by mixing and matching springs.
