Works very well, I can now release the mag without repositioning my hand from the shooting position this has improved the time it takes to change the mag a lot during qualifications. Price is a little high the full mag assembly is only $25 at SIG.

I ordered this mag release with the intent to install it on my Mischief Machines X-Macro frame. To my dismay, the frame is too wide, and thus the mag release is incompatible. I hit up customer service describing my situation and within the hour Mona replied, acknowledged my issues, advised me on the return process, advised they would update the store page (which I see they did), and even went so far as to recommend a different mag release (sold by a different company) that would fit my MM frame. While I am disappointed this product didn't work for me, I can't recall the last time I've had such a good encounter with a customer service department. 4/5 stars simply because I couldn't use the part, build quality was on point and the spring is noticeably stiffer.
Does not work Mag falls out upon firing.

Installed the mag release in my P365. Took it to the range and every time it fired the mag would fall out. Contacted the company and I was asked to send pictures did so and never heard from them again even though I had made many email inquiries and phone calls and there were no answers to. Finally gave up but now I'm on the mailing list and get constant email reminders that I bought a product that has a lifetime warranty that doesn't work .

Not for you if building a custom P365
    review-star review-star review-star review-star review-star
If you are simply customizing your P365 this is a nice addition. HOWEVER if you are building a totally custom P365 buy starting with a Fire Control Unit from Sig and the doing a custom frame, slide etc. Be aware this mag release does not include the little plastic retainer which is essential to install the mag release. You will end up buying another factory mag release kit from Sig for around $25 plus shipping to get a little piece of plastic.

Great improvement over stock. I don't have to break my grip to release the mag now.

Offset and sits a little taller than stock. Huge improvement over the OEM unit. I can release mag much more easily. I used the OEM spring as my girlfriend primarily uses the gun and she didn't want to have to fight it. It provides enough resistance to not be accidentally depressed and has worked great so far.
