just installed new trigger, Carbo had to send .035 hex wrench in separate mailing because wasn’t in kit. no charge thanks for that. since there is not a instillation video for the trigger i had to wing it. figured it out was pretty basic except for my hellcat has the manual safety lever on it and when i took it apart it took a long wile to figure it out. but finally got it. Have only shot with it once but felt pretty good. still have not figured out pre tension adjustment screw and where to set it for different adjustments. if anyone knows please leave a explanation. have already installed the stainless steel striker sleeve kit, love the gun.
This V2 of the trigger is even better than the 1st, love the product. High quality and makes shooting more accurate. would recommend.
Trigger feel says quality vs the plastic factory attempt at a bang button. Safety functions flawlessly, no hang up that could keep you from firing your sidearm in an unfortunate situation. I installed with the trigger spring kit, and the video made it so easy. I couldn’t ask for more.
Trigger is outstanding. My only minor complaint is that the hellcat frame does not allow me to adjust the take up out all the way. The trigger safety will end up binding with the frame if you dial it in as much as you would like to. MCarbo can only do as much as the manufacturers product will allow! Thanks for a great product!
Installation video on the MCarbo YouTube page was very detailed and left with with no questions as to what I needed to do. Great product, solid aluminum trigger, they sent me the updated trigger three months after I bought the original trigger FOR FREE and without me having to do ANYTHING! Awesome company and proud supporter.
I never really cared for the plastic trigger on my hellcat from the factory. This aluminum trigger from MCARBO has the right feel to it. Added to the spring and striker sleeve kit is a great combo. Good job to all at MCARBO!
I bought the trigger for my Hellcat RDP and so far I like it. Looks and feels well made, I like that you can adjust the pre-travel and it feels better than the Apex trigger.
The Mcarbo hellcat trigger is awesome, I have the pretravel adjusted just before the wall. I paired this with prp springkit. perfect carry weight. I am thinking about adding the Mcarbo striker assembley.
So far I have installed this trigger on 3 pistols, 2 Springfield Armory Hellcat Pros, and One Hellcat OSP .380. The installation isn't difficult, just take your time and follow the instructions. For me watching the video helped the most. You will be amazed and how much smoother and lighter the pull on the trigger is. Between the 3 pistols the pull started out in the low 7 pound range, and with the new triggers ended up in the mid 4 pound range. Quite the difference! I highly recommend these triggers!
Recently added this trigger to the already installed spring kit from MCarbo and LOVE the results! This trigger doesn't have the "catch" issue that the factory trigger has at times. Fit and finish are impeccable.
Easy to install and was a quality upgrade to my Hellcat. Only complaint was no video or word doc to explain the over-travel screw, so I did not install it. Did receive an email a couple of days afterwards, but the links do not work, just opens HTML code. Read reviews and will install it another day and another trip to the range...

BLUF: Amazing trigger, wish I would’ve bought this before the Apex As someone who has operated weapons worldwide for work, I gained awareness on different techniques used to do one thing, put rounds down range, it falls on the operator to put them down fast. On the personal side I modified my weapon to meet my needs, reduce recoil, get a faster sight picture, and overall feel comfortable with the weapon, like those grey joggers. MCARBO allowed me to meet all three of my needs on a Hellcat Pro which blew me away and now is my go to trigger for all my applications.
The M Carbo hellcat trigger replacement is a great product at a very good price. The video they have on how to replace it makes it easy. Huge upgrade over stock. Fast shipping and quality product. Great company run by vets.
Installed their trigger and it’s sweet. Liked that I could just buy trigger since I was running other internals already. It shortened overall trigger reach which is what I was after and I didn’t even have to install set screw.
By just looking you can't tell this from the factory trigger but this one is made from metal. Very simple installation and works perfectly. This trigger kit reduced the take up by half or maybe 2/3rds. I couldn't ask for more especially at this price point. Well done MCarbo!
