This set of 5 factory E clips are compatible with the Marlin 60, Marlin 795 and Marlin 70.
E clips can easily be damaged or deformed over time. If you're constantly removing them to do a deep cleaning of the trigger mechanism, then it's a great idea to replace your old E Clips! Not to mention, it's really easy to lose these little E Clips.
We've done a ton of installations and have seen everything possible. E clips that are deformed, completely missing or E Clips that fall right off as we apply the least bit of pressure. Bottom-line, it's a great idea to replace your E Clips. If you own a Marlin 60, Marlin 795 or Marlin 70 then it's always a good idea to keep a set of these E Clips handy, especially if you're always removing the old ones to get access to the internal trigger mechanism.

I saw some guys say their old ones broke on removal. So I bought a set. Personally didn’t need them but I’ve spares now.
Essential spare for Marlin 795 Papoose
These are easily lost when replacing the recoil buffer, so it's important to keep a few spares. These precisely fit the Marlin's above. With Marlin's being discontinued, I'm not sure you can get these anywhere else.
