This an awesome product. Took me 45 minutes to install. I am 74 years old and bought my first gun 5 years ago.
(thanks Joe) Ran about 1,500 rounds thru my PMR30. No problems/loved it. Then the firing pin broke. Fixed that, then started to FTL. Taking it to the range tomorrow. Have been racking it at home. Smooth loading. I have high hopes it will run like/better than new. Yes, I did polish the ramp. Thanks for your commitment to excellence. Gary
This is the upgrade that KelTec needs to add
This was worth every penny. Install wasn't too bad and with KelTec mags I hardly ever have issues anymore. Self polished mine. Put these in both my PMR-30's. I get polishing is a sales item but I would pay more if they just came pre-polished and drop in ready.
Nice upgrade
Compared to that plastic POS that come in this gun this is the most significant upgrade you can put in this firearm, still need to polish this two ramps up but even with out they function much better. The videos help a ton, the full install video on the part about the two screws behind the safety selectors one being shorter. They made a change on the newer guns they are both the same size now. I have two and my older unit has the long shot screws, but the new one not so much,

I bought feed ramp and the magazine release. Turned a pistol shaped paperweight into lead slinging machine. The online videos made it simple to install. This is a great product. My PMR30 is now my favorite pistol to take to the range. Thanks M*CARBO!

Ramp and mag release awesome, follow the video and takes minutes. You can notch a small screwdriver for the spring for the ramp

Nice upgrade
I noticed that I had already left a review but with only one star. That was a mistake, I rate it 5 stars and just ordered one for my other CMR. No malfunctions through a couple hundred rounds. I hope the plastic that the feed ramp sits in can handle it
KEL-TEC PMR-30 Stainless Steel Feed Ramp
This is an “AMAZING “ modification, I did the installation myself and though it was a little tedious if you have some skills it can be done by a novice. I polished the feed ramp very well as recommended and proceeded to the installation, highly recommended that the video be on throughout the installation it was very helpful. Once installed, I went to my local indoor range for the testing of the pistol as this is my wife’s purse pistol. She loves how light it is, and doesn’t weigh down on her shoulder, little over 7 oz with 30 rnds. of .22 wmr. This thing fired flawlessly (almost go thrown off the range for a mag dump) f'em if they can’t handle it. MCARBO You knocked it out of the park, thank you! Highly recommend!!!
Not to forget, this coupled with the mag release mod. makes this an awesome little purse gun!
Improved feeding
Feeding has been significantly improved with the installation of the feedramp in my CMR-30, in concert with the updated magazine release. I would highly recommend doing this and the magazine release in a single installation, as they seem to complement eachother remarkably well.
KEL TEC PMR 30: During upgrading changed few parts while trying to put frame back together the hammer spring pop unable to put back, also the spring came off feed ramp hole. I still have the right & left safety that have put last but since unable to put back the frame yet. if you can put them together I will ship them to you How much will it cost to do this? I will identify the already taken out parts and screws put in bags for your conveniency.

Does this help with magazine fitment and angles at all on the top end?
The new magazine release keeps the magazine pushed up higher in the magwell. It takes up the play between the magazine and the frame. It is a must when you install the M*CARBO FEED RAMP. I did not purchase it until after I had already installed the feed ramp.

Can the feed ramp be installed after basic field strip with use of the spring tool or does the frame have to be disassembled?
The frame has to be disassembled, we have an instructional video under product information tab.
Do we need to file the trunnion to install the v2 feed ramp? I don't see any videos showing how to install this on the CMR-30, specifically.
No you will not, the feed ramp fits in the same on the PMR as the CMR. the CMR has minor difference however the disassembly and reassembly are almost identical so we use the PMR video.
Why would I need a polishing kit? Why is it not already polished?
The feed ramp has a mill finish bust is not polish

I have the first stainless steel feed ramp and this one came out soon after I purchased that. Is this one much better than the first stainless steel feed ramp?
