Improved feeding
Feeding has been significantly improved with the installation of the feedramp in my CMR-30, in concert with the updated magazine release. I would highly recommend doing this and the magazine release in a single installation, as they seem to complement eachother remarkably well.
Stainless vs plastic?
I bought this along with the buffing kit. It was a little taxing to install but not too bad. It is definitely a big improvement over the stock plastic ramp. I also installed the new mag reel and trigger assembly. I ran 50 rounds through it and it cycled 100%. I like the upgrade and will be doing it on my other CMR soon.
No more feed failures
After installing the stainless feed ramp. I have no feed failures even with 30 grain. Before the install I had up to 1 in 10 failures. Kel-tek should put this part into production.

Battle type type reliability
After buying a cmr30 even after reading the reviews of keltec legendary reliability decided to slap this steel feed ramp and just for the extra peace of mind I also got the enhanced mag release and installed both parts prior to the guns trial by fire and it ran flawlessly with fmj, hp, and soft points with not a single hiccup so my gun wasnt fired prior to installation so I can't tell you how it ran prior but I can tell you how it ran perfectly on it 1st outting and absolutely don't regret it. Also just be aware that if your installing in a cmr30 mcarbos installation video cover installation of the ramp on the pmr30 so it covers the handgun and while the pistol is similar to the cmr but is a different model so you may run into problems installing in the cmr. Last but not least I recommend you buy the enhanced mag release when you purchase the feed ramp as I'm sorry you don't wanna take it out after installing the ramp only to find out your feeding problem is caused by the mag sitting too low in the grip so you don't have to wait an additional week plus pay s&h before testing it out again. so would I take it out again?, You bet your sweet ass I would
Went from Bad to Awesome
Bought the feed ramp and mag release and installed them the gun went from jamming every other shot to being able to emptying it as fast as i could pull the trigger.
Why didn't the gun come that way to start with

It repaired my PMR30. went to the range before I changed the mag release and the gun ran better but had some problems feeding. I pushed up on the magazine and it ran flawlessly. I immediately ordered the mag release and installed it. Went back to the range a few days later and ran through several magazines with all different types of ammunition without one problem. Thanks M*CARBO you made my PMR30 fun to shoot once again.

Stainless steel feed ramp and polishing kit
Great service my order came quickly and no issues. I didn’t even realize that the PMR30 didn’t have a metal feed ramp. I am really looking forward to getting this installed.
The polishing kit is perfect. I used it with my Dremel tool. It was so easy and quick to get it polished. Thank you for suggesting it.
Does this help with magazine fitment and angles at all on the top end?
The new magazine release keeps the magazine pushed up higher in the magwell. It takes up the play between the magazine and the frame. It is a must when you install the M*CARBO FEED RAMP. I did not purchase it until after I had already installed the feed ramp.

Can the feed ramp be installed after basic field strip with use of the spring tool or does the frame have to be disassembled?
The frame has to be disassembled, we have an instructional video under product information tab.
Do we need to file the trunnion to install the v2 feed ramp? I don't see any videos showing how to install this on the CMR-30, specifically.
No you will not, the feed ramp fits in the same on the PMR as the CMR. the CMR has minor difference however the disassembly and reassembly are almost identical so we use the PMR video.
Why would I need a polishing kit? Why is it not already polished?
The feed ramp has a mill finish bust is not polish

I have the first stainless steel feed ramp and this one came out soon after I purchased that. Is this one much better than the first stainless steel feed ramp?
