I too was experiencing light primer strikes on both mt G3 and G3C after the trigger install. MCarbo really Came through! They sent me two new kits that fixed the problem, thank you for the excellent service. Semper Fidelis.

G3c spring kit
I did some polishing other parts beside the ones recommended I got 31/2 lbs trigger pull trigger Taurus trigger suck I’m upgrading to Mcarbo trigger will see how feels I hate the Taurus factory trigger for sure key is polish key points of contact
Pull feels better but light strikes are happeningg.
Kudos on the trigger pull being easier. Now I am experiencing light strikes on the firing pin. Do you have any solutions? I am going to reinstall the stock spring and see if that solves the problem.
Highly recommend if you have a Taurus G series.
Definitely order the tools or if you already have them. The installation video is must. M*Carbo hit the mark on this. Hope you make a compensator for the Taurus.

How to video helps make life easier now you need to make some mag extensions for the 12 round mags for the Taurus g2c's making them 15 round mags, I have lots of 12 mags they almost give them away.

No, the spring kit does not alter mechanical geometry — it changes the force required to manipulate the trigger system, not the physical movement distance.

Will this kit work for a PT24/7 G2C 9mm?
No, The PT24/7 series (including the G2 and G2C variants of that line) uses a different internal trigger and fire control mechanism compared to the more modern G3 / G2C / G3C platforms that the spring kit is designed for.

NO. The Taurus GX4 is a striker-fired micro-compact pistol with a completely different internal design and modular chassis system compared to the G-Series (G2/G3/C variants). The spring components, trigger bar configuration, and sear assembly are entirely different.

Since the G2 is closely based on the PT709 Slim could this trigger spring kit be used on the 709 Slim?

Yes, the installation video was done on a G2S. The link is in the description, and the installation process is the same for all of the G2 and G3 series firearms.
Does this work with the G3C? And will it work with the keeptinkering flat face SAO trigger?
Yes, it will work for the G3C and with aftermarket triggers. We can't guarantee M*Carbo's drop test rating of the aftermarket triggers though.
