Installed this on my wife's gun. Went to the range and put a quick 75 flawless rounds through it . Great upgrade, love the trigger feel. Easy upgrade but make sure you pay attention and flip the trigger return spring leg counterclockwise.
This spring kit transformed my Ruger Security 9 to a whole other level. Detailed instructional video makes the installation fool-proof. Once installed, wow! My Security - 9 eats everything I feed it and it is an absolute pleasure at the range. I highly recommend this kit and, don't skip on polishing the mating surfaces of the hammer and sear. I look forward to seeing maybe a new trigger from M-CARBO for the Ruger Security - 9 in the near future. Really, you can't go wrong with this kit and at this price point, the value is about as good as it gets. Great job M-CARBO!!!
I bought the Security-9 to use as a training aid in my new shooter classes about 3 1/2 years ago. I ended up liking it a lot so it became my carry gun as well. It's lite, double stack mag, accurate, easy to operate, and a 4" sight radius. Adding the trigger kit and polishing made a great improvement to an already nice small pistol.
Everything fit and does at it says little polishing and short stroke trigger Went from 5-6lb to just under 3lb

I have been waiting for this! Perfectly matched springs and a firing pin installation fixture, all in one set. The installation was straightforward, and everything is a perfect fit. And the difference it makes in the trigger is amazing. I have tried a few different brands of ammo and had no light strikes; perfect flawless function.
