I liked the way the trigger feels and the set screw adjustment did help to reduce the trigger pull.

I absolutely hated the OEM trigger on my LCP2. I have fairly large hands and the trigger pull was so long that I couldn’t hit anywhere close to my intended target. I even contacted the president of Ruger in an attempt to find out if there was anything that could be done to shorten the trigger pull. He emailed back and said no, but added that it wasn't meant for distance shooting. I knew that already! I then put it away in January of 2017 and forgot about it. I was on MCarbo’s website a while back and saw their new LCP2 tigger kit and bought it. Their Installation instructions made it a wiz. Needless to say, I love the trigger. The trigger fits my hand, the pre travel is a little long to the wall (after all it is hammered fired) but not bad for experienced shooters. The pull through the wall was fairly short, nice and crisp. The post travel to the reset was perfect for me. I can now fire it rapidly and the patterns at various distances are significantly better. Nice little ankle gun now.

Upgraded the trigger and trigger spring kit and 10/10 game changer. This trigger is so much better than the stock, and the spring kit helped a lot too. Get both trust me.
This is my 2nd gun that I installed an M*Carbo trigger and spring kit in and I can’t say enough about it to my shooting club. Keep it up guys!!
Peace of mind replacing a plastic trigger and safety blade with aluminum components. Just feels better. Fantastic install video too.
I just installed the short stroke trigger kit, hammer spring kit (I used the 10lb spring), stainless guide rod, increased power recoil spring and high strength takedown pin, basically everything MCARBO sells for the LCP MAX. The installation was very easy as the LCP MAX is a simple design, just watch MCARBO's video a couple of times. Trigger feels good and is definitely lighter. I haven't shot the gun since I installed everything but I think it will perform exactly as advertised.
This install is super easy and totally needed. The flat faced trigger is very comfortable, reducing that long trigger pull helps this firearm reach its full potential.
Bought this trigger along with the Spring kit for my LCP Max. Parts are very well made and fit without any problems. Video install from Mcarbo are always clear and detailed. I feel Mcarbo products are superior to another company which I bought from, starts with a G,,,. I sent their trigger back to them. I chose the lighter 10lb hammer spring and put 40 rounds thru my LCP Max with 100% functioning. Slightly shorter travel and reset too. Makes your LCP Max go from good the great IMO.
Great video, I installed with no problem. It reduces the trigger bite enough so I can tolerate it. When I researched this I wasn't thorough enough, I thought the spring package came with it. I never would have paid $55 for just the trigger. That was my fault. It does work well and the bite is small enough I can use it. It is the only gun I have ever had this problem with. Ruger is disappointing with this gun.
This is not my first time upgrading trigger parts, but this was by far the easiest. MCARBO also has some very detailed videos that helped. I would gladly recommend this if you want to upgrade your factory trigger.
trigger install was a walk in the park and is a definite improvement or stock just awesome.
Great trigger. No more finger pinch, or trigger slap. I bought a Sigurd trigger; it broke after the the first day. I was hesitant to buy the mcarbo because it had a set screw. However, 500 rounds and have not any problems. Very comfortable to shoot
This is the best trigger hands down for the LCP. Only wish they would make them in silver / stainless like the Galloway trigger. Personally I had rather use the Mcarbo trigger in black than the silver Galloway
