The trigger and spring kit upgrades took my LCP Max from a 3.5 star pocket gun and made it a 5 star shooter. Awesome upgrades! Much tighter groups after the reduced pull and reduced travel.
I replaced the trigger and installed the MCARBO spring kit on my Ruger LCP MAX. I thought about getting rid of the LCP MAX. This trigger has restored faith in this firearm. Good Job MCARBO!
I originally installed a Sigurd trigger from GP, but every trip to the range it annoyed me that the trigger safety plunger could be depressed further than the surface of the trigger on both sides of the trigger safety. I finally ordered a MCarbo LCP Max trigger to o park to the Sigurd. First off, the MCarbo safety lever/plunger doesn’t go further than flush with the face of the trigger. This is a huge improvement over the Sigurd, as the Sigurd almost feels like pulling two side-by-side triggers at the same time. I also like how the MCarbo doesn’t require removing the safety lever to install/remove the trigger. My one complaint is that the trigger reset is less prevalent than the Sigurd, and almost imperceptible to me. But the trigger face feels so much better than the Sigurd that I’ll be keeping it installed on my LCP Max.
This trigger is a big improvement over the factory trigger. It makes the pull much smoother and it also eliminates any finger pinch. Installation was easy with minimal tools and the installation video was great. I should add that I also installed the trigger spring kit at the same time which was also easy to do and also improved the trigger pull. Great product.
This coupled with mcarbo spring kit almost cut my trigger pull in half. And no spring ring!
Own an LCP MAX 75th Anniversary edition. Support-hand only trigger presses sometimes the trigger blade safety would not depress to allow firing. Entirely an ergonomics thing, no issues running primary-hand. The MCARBO flat trigger provides exactly what I am looking for: 1) Maintains trigger blade safety function. 2) Does not alter OEM pre-travel unless you want take advantage of that feature. 3) Provides positive trigger function ergonomics with either hand which is important to me for a defense pistol. 4) Clearly is quality made with a thoughtful design. I like it.
Just received the trigger and spring kit for my LCP Max. Followed the installation video, and 20 minutes later was done. The build quality and tolerances are top notch as always, and the sound dampening of the springs and the adjustable trigger reset really make it a whole new pistol! As the title says, excellent as always. Keep up the great products!
I have been hearing about Mcarbo coming out with a trigger for the lcp max for quite sometime so i patiently waited and all i can say is the build quality is fantastic a massive upgrade from the stock plastic. after watching the install video it was installed in less than 20 minutes. I also installed the spring kit to go with it and after adjusting the pre travel and I made sure to use blue lock tight. I cannot wait to go back to the range to try it out. They really have outdone themselves on this one.

The original trigger for the LCP Max seemed to bite my trigger finger when using it, a friend recommended this company and their upgraded trigger and spring kit. I received the kit and followed the you tube video on the installation and it went smoother than I expected and covered everything well. Took it to the range today and what a difference in the trigger no longer biting, smoother pulls and made the gun enjoyable to shoot. I pretty much gave up on practice and carrying the gun because of the issue, now I will train and carry it more often. Very much recommend this and the spring kit.
I installed this trigger myself in about 30 minutes at my dining room table. Easy install. Love the adjustable pre-travel. I prefer almost zero take up and this trigger delivered. Very crisp release and reset. Great upgrade
Nothing but good to say about this upgrade! Definite improvement over the stock trigger. This is my wife's firearm. She is a small woman with small hands. The stock trigger felt rough to her and was hard to engage. This one is a definite home run with her. Plus the set screw allowed her to adjust the stroke/reset position to her liking. And the install video made it fairly easy for this non-gun-smith to follow and install. Kudos to the heroes of MCarbo!
I installed this trigger in addition to the trigger spring kit on an LCP MAX and boy, what a difference. I have MCARBO products in a number of my pistols and I’m always amazed at the difference they make. Extremely pleased as always!
This trigger has a WAY better feel to it than the stock trigger. Easy install with video.
The M carbo trigger has completely transformed my Ruger LCP Max pocket pistol. Prior to the upgrade, I dreaded shooting this thing. Now it is one of my favorite and more accurate firearms. Gives alot more room for my fat fingers! The forward travel set screw needs to be a little longer, then it would be perfect!
