I did not enjoy the original trigger shoe on my P10C. The geometry felt off and the trigger guard/trigger finger contact when pulling the trigger was not comfortable. Sometimes if my finger was not perfectly placed, the safety dongle would catch and the trigger stroke would catch. Very happy to see this trigger offered so I purchased and installed it. Using a video from the internet, the installation went smoothly, though it took me 3 tries to get the set screws adjusted correctly. Though the instructions were well documented, the clarity of the discussion of the install and initial adjustment of the set screws was off for me, and after my initial install, my trigger would not reset. So,,, I took it apart and readjusted after a closer reading of the instructions and review of the pictures. Did this two times to get the reset back and then work on shortening the pre-travel. All in all a fine learning experience and not difficult to complete. The geometry and feel of the trigger shoe is worlds better than the OEM part for me (width and feel of the metal), and the gun is much more enjoyable to shoot. I like the quality of this product a great deal, and I am glad I made the change to my pistol.
This was a great upgrade from the stock trigger. It's nice and crisp.
I'll just get right down to business! Every P10 owner needs this trigger! It is damn near the perfect striker fired trigger and everything one could want in a trigger! Adjustable pre travel and post travel, comes with proprietary striker spring. I installed this and polished all the trigger component contact points and I'm seriously impressed. I like it even more then my flat stroke p365 trigger from MCarbo. I have mine set to just the slightest nudge of take up to a nice firm know your there wall with NO CREEP and a carrot stick snapping in half break at a constant 3.5# before the polish 3# after the polish 4# without the striker spring. No post travel and a lovely short quick tactile and audible reset. The face is very comfy to the touch and easy to pull straight back and it doesn't pinch like the OEM trigger does. I can shoot this trigger faster then any other trigger I own for various pistols. The only thing that comes even close is my alpha timney for my Glock 19. The short strome for the p365 would be faster if it wasn't for signs trigger setup, but this CZ trigger is FAST. 17 thumbs up and every p10 owner should have this trigger, I've tried other aftermarket p10 triggers and this is by far the best,
Took literally five minutes to install. Multiple friends shot the cz against their Glocks and it out performed their guccified Glocks. Had a customer try my trigger while picking up his cz and went home and ordered the trigger.
I added this to a recently acquired CZ -10F (which already had a decent trigger). Further reduction in pull weight, a vertical break point and the pre/post travel screws took all the unnecessary travel out of the trigger. The jig that’s included is great - makes install a breeze.
I'm a loyal customer of CGW. Their P10 triggers are better than every other trigger on the market...except this one. Have used 2 HBI triggers (they're fine) and have used 3 CGW triggers for extended periods. As long as you trust the thread locker to maintain your adjustments on the M-Carbo trigger (I do, and even JP requires it on their rifles), this is the best trigger. Use the OEM striker and spring with this trigger. Don't mess around with light strikes or broken strikers (early model P10 did have a weaker striker, but the current one is the hardest available). May require some breaking in or polishing, but that's better than light strikes.
Wow 😮 what a difference. Simple instructions to follow, this is a must upgrade if you have the P10. You have the ability to remove the pre and over travel while still getting a great reset very audible. MCarbo has hit another Homerun with this trigger.
just installed flat trigger in my CZ p10c and what a wonderful upgrade as the p10c was already a good shooter now it's much more joyful to shoot, I am able to shoot tighter groups. I recommend to anyone looking to upgrade
Trigger arrived promptly and included detailed instructions and tools for installation. Install was a breeze following the CZ disassembly videos available on YouTube. Much better than the factory trigger and has the ability to adjust to your preference. Another win for M*Carbo !!
Install was very easy, and the trigger feels MUCH better than the factory trigger (which was already pretty good). The flat face of the trigger makes it just feel great!
After previously installing the full CGW upgrade kit in my CZ P-10C, I did experience an improvement over the factory setup; however, several issues persisted—all of which could be traced back to the CGW trigger itself. Switching to the M*CARBO trigger completely resolved those problems. The design of the M*CARBO trigger stands out immediately. Their method for adjusting pre-travel and over-travel is superior in both concept and execution. Installation is straightforward, and while the included jig is well-intentioned, it ultimately isn’t necessary to complete the install successfully. Performance is where this trigger truly excels. It offers a very defined wall and a crisp, clean break with minimal creep. While it doesn’t replicate a 2011-style glass-rod break, it is unquestionably the best trigger feel I’ve experienced on any striker-fired pistol. The ergonomics are equally impressive, providing a comfortable and consistent trigger press. If you’re considering an upgrade for your P-10 series pistol, do yourself a favor: skip the trial-and-error and go straight to the M*CARBO trigger. It’s a significant improvement and, in my experience, the best option available.
Being disappointed with the 6lb gritty break & the face configuration of my stock P10F trigger, I bought the Overwatch Precision flat face that includes their tweaked striker & spring. I wasn't interested in trying the HB Theta since its profile is basically the same as the stock trigger. The O.P. trigger & striker w/ spring dropped the break to the low 5lb range but the wall was hard to get past & once it did break, the trigger jumped about 1/4 inch to the back of the trigger guard & was annoying as shit. I didn't like it at al. I've never had any aftermarket trigger in other pistols behave like that. It's likely because there's no pre or over travel adjustment to it. I searched again for P10 triggers & came across this one from M-Carbo. I don't know how I missed it on my original search for triggers. It has the same flat wide face that I want, similar to the O.P. but has pre & over travel adjustments. I swapped out the O.P. trigger, left their striker & spring in & adjusted the M-Carbo as per the instructions. WOW! What a difference! The break is now down to the mid to upper 3lb range & the much gentler break with almost no over travel AT ALL is fantastic. I highly recommend this trigger, I hope they start making triggers of this style for more lines of pistols.
Installed the MCarbo trigger in my new CZ P-10 SC, also did some polishing with the MCarbo polishing kit using my Dremel. Wow, what a difference. This gun had ~100 rounds through it prior to the upgrade. Trigger pull measurements Before install = ~ 6 lbs with 0.5 lb variations on measurements and very gritty, long take up and overtravel After install = ~4lbs with variation of 2oz and much smoother, take up and overtravel reduced to my desired range Now have 500 rounds through the gun and it performs very well. This is my 3rd gun with MCarbo upgrades and I am very happy with their products and their support. Their installation videos are excellent and easy to follow. If you send a question they will respond promptly! Quality= A+ Support = A+
I originally had this in my original p10c which was just the regular model. I upgraded to a ported model , pulled it out to swap to the new one and it wouldn’t work. I contacted Mcarbo customer service to ask if their thoughts and they told me there were mixed results with the ported model. I was able to narrow it down to a slight difference in the barrel lug itself and the fact the ported one has more of a bull barrel in it. Your mileage may vary, just be aware before you start.
I tried 2 other triggers before this one. The first and most expensive one lasted a week before I replaced it. The second one was very good, but I felt there was room for improvement so I ordered this one. Install was easy but I took extra time to get it adjusted to exactly the way I wanted. I now have exactly what I was looking for. Very little pretravel, almost no overtravel and a very short tactile reset. Definitely recommend. Make sure you have quality threadlocker for the adjustment screws.
