If you take your time install the both of THEM properly which I did to 2 that I own with other MCARBO upgrades they eat any ammo I tried THANKS Dennis
I had a little trouble installing at first until I found some gunk, technical term, in the seating holes. Once I cleaned all of the area well everything seated as it should and it worked well. I have also installed the ramp ,the mag latch and the slide lock. I still had a bit of a feed issue but I think I finally figured that out also. It seems the dumba** that installed these items, ME, had the screws to tight causing the slide to drag. WHAT A GOOF! I will see if all works better at the range. It is not always the parts, sometimes its the mechanic.
holy smokes what a difference-I could not get two rounds off consecutively and now I can empty a 15 round loaded clip one after another even better than when I first shot this gun. The gun does not like the winchester 40 grn lead rounds but the cycling is better than before-Thanks guys
Regardless of how I adjusted the new HD buffer it would not seat low enough for the spring retaining cap to seat flush against the frame. The twelve o’clock portion of the metal cap contacted the buffer and the six o’clock position was free to tilt towards the open side of the HD buffer. I fired 200 rounds after installing and with the spring and buffer combination had multiple failure to extract issues per magazine. I reinstalled the old springs and buffer, I had to use the steel ring they sent with the kit because I ruined the original removing it. Once together ran a 30 round magazine,with original parts, with zero malfunctions. Going to request to send back the springs and HD buffer. If you look at the pictures you’ll seethe buffer doesn’t seat below the frame and the spring cap doesn’t make full contact with the frame.
Finally completing all the upgrades from MCarbo on my PMR30. The gun finally operates as it should. The difference truly quality parts makes is unbelievable. I no longer have the aggravation with a gun that jams all the time. Thanks MCarbo!

I have dumped easily 1000 rnds prior to the switch and noticed within the first couple of range days the stock buffer was wearing down. Have shot a couple hundred since and besides normal heat discoloration, it has held to its description. No safe queens here, very rough with my firearms. Well satisfied.
After installing buffer pmr 30 still jams I am dissapointedin this gun I have bought almost all your upgrades for it and I am still having alot of jamming issues The only upgrade I have left to get is your feed ramp which will be next Then off to gunsmith After that I will have over 1000 dollars in this 450 dollar pistol If that dosent help I will be selling the gun
I can tell the plastic is much better (less chintzy if nothing else) for this buffer. I am hesitant to deliberately run the gun hot and hard just to test the heat resistance, but over general use we shall see. the new takedown pin is surprisingly nice, but it's worth noting it's a snug fit. Use a tiny flat-head to click the indent into place and you're off to the races. This bundle is slightly pricey, but seems to be a quality improvement on both fronts.
These parts like all the other parts I have purchased from M*CARBO are excellent quality and relatively easy to install. I Trust M*CARBO for all the parts I need and trust them. They are quick to ship your parts and the videos they provide are excellent.
Dead simple to change out. The original buffer didn't last 500 rounds before I started having issues. Have not put that many rounds on this one but it did resolve my issues!
So far great up grade . Not saying much for Kel-Tec.
I received my order quickly. The new buffer took a little fitting with a needle file. I removed the slightest material and was able to install it. It would not go in far enough to allow the recoil spring to fit where it needed to be. But it works great very pleased. Thank you for your quick response! The pin fits perfectly and I like the slot head for indexing it. It fits better than original.
Causes recoil spring guide to be off center in slide.
Had a lot of issues with my PMR out of the box. I've purchased all the upgrades. Runs like a sewing machine now! Thanks guys!
