Purchased the all in one bundle for the PMR30. Parts in the bundle were of very good quality. Installation was a little tricky with that feed ramp but all worked fine when finished. The components in the all in one bundle are of the greatest quality.
This group of parts makes the pmr30 even better than it was. I have had zero problems with my gun since I installed the parts. Thanks for the parts
This All in One Bundle Kit Is What the PMR-30 100% needs. Stock Gun will Fail to Feed or Fail to Eject no matter what Ammo You Choose at Some Time, Yes there are Some Ammo that's Better than Others, But if You want a Reliable Gun every time You pull the Trigger, Hands Down, M-Carbo All in One Bundle Kit is the Only way to Go with this Pistol. All the parts are Great for the Gun but the feed Ramp is what's going to Feed the Rounds Very Reliable. Thank's M*Carbo for Your Service and the Great products You Produce.
Out of the box my PMR 30 wouldn’t fire more than three rounds without a feeding issue. I was at a loss. I loved everything about this little pistol otherwise. So when a friend told me about the MCARBO mod bundle, I was hopeful again. Until I saw the price. I’ve hesitated for a year or more now about the cost and if I should just offload the pistol for something more reliable out of the box. Finally I just pulled the trigger and bought the kit. I haven’t looked back since. Yesterday I was able to get out and put some rounds out and was nothing less than impressed. Two full mags and only two failure to feeds. I was/am overjoyed with this pistol now. My brother brought his along as well and we put them head to head (his has all factory hardware)and mine outperformed his by a long shot. Take my word for it. If you’re hesitating because of cost, it’s worth it. NOTE: I did not polish the SS feed ramp. Didn’t have the equipment, nor did I purchase the polish kit. After seeing the improvements of the installation kit alone I will absolutely be polishing the ramp to see if I can bring the FTF percentages down.
This is the second PMR 30 "all in one bundle" I have purchased. ( For my second PMR 30 ) First one changed the gun into a sewing machine, it ran flawlessly after install. Second one, not so much. I didn't even fire the second PMR before installing the bundle, so I can't be sure the gun isn't the issue. BUT, with the kit installed, the gun will not run 3 rounds in a row ( slow or fast ) without a FTF or stovepipe jam. Sometimes fails to cycle at all. I have tried loading magazines with only 15 rounds, tried Hornady 30 grn, CCI 40grn, and Speer 40 grn ( all of which run fine in PMR #1 ) with no better results. I even tried the magazines from the other guns with no difference. Hopefully, the guys at MCARBO will have some insight into the problem since I really like the little gun and I the first one runs so good with their parts installed. Only gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because the gun will not run. Will update review after I contact MCARBO and see if they can help resolve the problem.
Kit was easy to install just followed along with the installation video. I do recommend that the 185 screws on the left side for the safety select lever be left in until you have snapped the gun back to together. I had a problem with the block that holds the hammer coming off each time I reconnected the hammer spring. The gun fired without any alibies.
Not an easy install. I have done many trigger jobs on different guns. This one took about 2 hours. Difference is night and day though. Thanks MCarbo.
This is a great upgrade and the price is good. The hardest part to install is the feed ramp. That spring is a bear even with the armour's tool. Tool should have a non-slip coating on the handle part. What I found when putting the pistol back together is the trigger bar has to be in the proper position to engage the sear. You will know when it locks in place. Then you can work on the tension of the screws. All in all with the video instructions, it's a snap for the rest of the build. Get this and you will not regret it.
It works good. Great job. No issue at all . Put in 200 rounds to it no jamming issue.
I was very impressed with the quality of the parts & the care of packaging. The shipping was quick. The people offering these upgrade parts obviously care about what they are doing & it shows in the attention to detail. The videos provided by Chris are top notch & considering this was my first attempt to install the parts in my Kel-Tec PMR 30 pistol, I was able to follow the clear & detailed explanations in the videos, which helped complete the upgrade. The two areas which were problematic for me was dealing with the recoil spring conversion & installing the tiny spring on the feed ramp into the slide stop lever, but I found a way to get them together a different way than Chris suggested in the video. It helped that I enjoy puzzles! One thing I would caution others about is dealing with the hammer spring. If that sucker flies off it's pin, you're in for a real test. The pin is not glued into the grip & can tilt just a bit allowing the spring to go flying! The best way to stretch it back onto the pin, is to use a .22cal cleaning jag snipped into a hook & screwed onto a cleaning rod to pull the very stiff spring. While putting the two halves back together, I found that the slide stop lever would not stay on it's position under the feed ramp. To insure that it stays put, use some sort of spring loaded clamp to hold it tight against the frame until the two halves are together. If you don't have a way to clamp it, use a strong tape like electrical tape to hold the lever against the frame. The final assembly went well after a couple tries, be careful not to over tighten the little bolts along the length of the frame. If you do, the slide will drag & not move smoothly. All in all, I'm very pleased with the out come & am looking forward to better weather to go test fire the pistol. From a satisfied customer.....Al

I just finished installing the all in one kit. Let me say that if I did it again, I could probably do it in an hour or less. However, it took me about 2 and 1/2 hours. Getting the spring into the right position on the feed ramp took some time and when I pulled the magazine release the spring above it came off. What I thought was no big deal took me half an hour and a lot of swear words to put back on. Lots of tension on that spring. Now that I know how everything goes together it would be much easier. Gun shoots much better and I have yet to have a failure to feed.

This bundled group of mods are all clearly precision made and fit exactly like factory made parts. Installation of some of the upgrades are a bit more difficult than shown on the videos. Nonetheless, all of the accessory parts were installed in the end and are indeed better performers than the part they replaced and as a whole make a significant improvement in the overall function of the firearm. The only thing I don't understand, is why Keltec doesn't make their firearms perform reliably at this higher level straight from their factory to the customer?
The upgrades all worked as expected and implied . The videos were very helpful even if I did deviate some. I had a very easy time of the whole reassemble.
