I bought this along with the extra power recoil spring since I carry 124 HST +p. Took me less than 2 minutes to change the old one out and the new one in. Already had put one in my 75 SP-01 Tactical.
This was a very easy purchase from finding this site on line all the way to ordering and tracking the delivery. I feel the pricing is inline with other sites. I did find and watch the U tube tutorial by the owner on installation of the new guide rod and spring I purchased. Found out by watching video that the previous owner of my cz 75bd had replaced the spring and guide rod and had putt the spring in backwards. Thanks for the great buying experience from start to finish. I will definitely check here first for any future firearm products.
Piece of cake install and well worth it. Very smooth slide recoil action. Very impressed with the fit and finish of the guide rod. Just wish I could pick one up for my 97B

This item just just adds to the smoothness of this shooter, and it is a no brainer to install. You will know the value once you shoot a few rounds at the range, double tap fun.

Although I wasn't having a problem with the plastic guide rod in my CZ 75 I needed a new guide rod in my CZ 75 P 01 so I ordered one for each. It didn't make sense to have a steel firearm with a plastic part. Shipping was AMAZING !! I ordered on March 15,2021 and received the items on March 19,2021.
Got my order very quickly. Parts look to be of good quality. I was not able to get my spring over the ridge built into the rod. Went back to the plastic rod.

Time for an upgrade , after about 5,000 rounds. Also purchased the spring kit to upgrade all the springs . Looking forward to final result.
Replaces the factory black piece of polymer which is easily launched if you have oil on your fingers and bungle putting your recoil spring back into your slide. The little sucker went into the netherworld of my garage/warehouse so I ordered the stainless steel replacement. What's nice about it is that it is designed with a small ring around making the spring captive with the guide rod. Next time I launch it it will be easier to recover. Another bonus is that when you field strip your gun the innards just look a lot classier. I've put about 100 rounds through the gun and everything works the way it's supposed to.
Bought this for my CZ-75B to replace the plastic guide rod that it came with from the factory. The fit and finish are excellent and now I don't need to worry about it ever failing.
