Trigger spring kit was a nice addition and trigger pull was reduced greatly. My only issue was with the installation video. My Sig has a manual safety and the gun in the video did not. The issue is the sear pin removal, no worries I figured out how to remove it but it would be nice to have had a video.
I bought and received this kit in a very timely manner. I was able to easly install using the Mcarbo video on YouTube as back up. I am very pleased with the results of the kit as I dropped from a 7lb trigger pull to 4.5 lbs. I've fired only 20 rounds thru my P365 since the installation but find that I luv the new trigger pull. I highly recommend this for other P365 owners.
I pulled the trigger and bought the Mcarbo spring kit and followed the DIY video and had ZERO issues!!! Absolutely wonderful product! Definitely a noticeable difference in the pull poundage,seems smoother,crisper break just an all around good purchase! I've put 6500 rounds through my Sig p365 before the was kit installed and can tell you I've pulled my groups In tighter for sure! Too bad ammo is so expensive and hard to get right now or I'd probably melt my barrel off! Went from fun to shoot to love it!
Nice reduction in trigger pull weight, but still has a good solid feel at the break. Great instructional video on website.
Package arrived a day early and all parts were there. Install was easy with video. Trigger works great. Happy with this product. Will make other purchases again.
Installed in my P365XL in about 45 min. Very easy install using the video except the sear spring was little difficult. It made a tremendous difference in the trigger pull. Dropped it from 6.5 lbs to 4.5 lbs in the middle of the trigger and from 5lbs to 2.9 lbs at the tip of the trigger. I've shot a few hundred rounds of Winchester white box through it with no indication of light strikes. It's been 100% reliable so far. For the price, it's an awesome upgrade.
Awesome little kit! Easy less than 30 min install after watching parts of video on youtube by mcarbo . Went from 6 and 3/4 LBS TO JUST OVER 4 LBS. Couldnt believe that it could be that much smoother.
The Sig P365 out of the box can turn anyone into a trigger snob due to its light break. This trigger spring kit by MCarbo makes an already excellent trigger even better!! Smoother-lighter. Im spoiled now!!
As a gunsmith I can say it is a wonderful product, high quality, cheap and easy to install. My customers are very exited with the improvement in the Sig P 365 trigger pull and hopefully MCarbo will work about the action pistol too. Other excellent thing is the customer service and follow trough MCarbo has. Congratulations!
Item was shipped quickly, all springs fit perfectly and lowered trigger pull to what was advertised. Guns functions perfectly. Installation video is helpful for installation with one note. The newer model p365"s have a different retainer for the rear cover on back of slide. To remove depress the striker safety plunger then push the rear edge of the plastic striker sleeve toward the front of slide and disengage the locking tab on rear cover and slide it out.
My 365 is definitely one of my favorite guns anyway. I installed this spring kit and, what a difference. Control can be an issue on the smaller guns but installing this kit makes it shoot like a full size gun. Very smooth light pull but not too light for concealed carry.
Install was easy, it did what it's supposed to do. But there's one very annoying detail in my situation, when I pull the take up, right before the trigger breaks, there's a minor creep that's extremely distracting. They suggested I have a polish job which I did have done by a local certified sig pro at my sportsman club, didn't change anything. I may try another kit to see if I experience the same issue. If that doesn't help I will be going back to the factory set up, which I'd hate to do but the creep is more distracting than the factory trigger springs.
The good: The 3 springs appear to be high quality. The YouTube installation video is well done. For the most part installation was without issue. The not so good: My P365 is the latest production version and employs an updated striker assembly that does a better job in locking the sliding plate in place on the back of the slide. The video / instructions need to be updated to show how to remove it. I fumbled around until I found a You Tube video that showed how to remove the new striker assembly. Several reviewers complained of light primer strikes with the reduced force striker spring. Since this is my carry gun I plan to go back to the factory spring. It would be useful if MCarbo investigated the possibility of developing a lower force trigger return spring as it appears that this spring is a major contributor the trigger "weight" Note to self: The issues above were previously identified by other reviewers. In the future I will be sure to read the reviews more carefully.
Priced right, delivered quickly. Installation video was EXCELLENT. Installed as instructed and works well. Trigger pull may be reduced, it’s hard to tell without a trigger pull guage.
Upgraded the trigger in my P365 to a Sig OEM Flat Trigger and installed the M*Carbo spring kit. WOW, what a difference. Went from being one of my worst triggers to one of the best. Highly recommend
Installed the MCARBO spring kit in my P365. The video is very easy to follow. Installed a flat trigger at the same time. The little gun was always great, but is truly special now. Highly recommend the upgrade.
