before wanting the spring kit, I had no clue who mcarbo was. I wasn't sure if my money was just going to to be lost in the abyss or what the deal was hit order and shortly after confirmation emails started rolling in which was settling and since receiving it im still getting follow up emails to see how it is. Now onto the product. Installation was very easy and there was supporting videos,i pretty well had it put together in 15 minutes. As far as function goes, everything works, this in unison with the apex trigger has made this a very smooth action machine. The only thing I'm not sure about is weather the trigger pull was realy cut in half or not. At the end of the day I'll be ordering from them again, even if I were to get a lemon I feel like the guys here would make it right
Tried to fix the Mass. min 10 lb trigger two yrs. ago. and not satisfied. Installed trigger spring kit today. Wheeler gauge was reading 7 lb. 6 oz. before install and now reads 4 lb. 8 oz. Polished sear, trigger bar etc. 38 % reduction. Combined a competitors flat faced trigger to get rid of factory uncomfortable, pointed, stabbing tipped trigger.
The S&W SD9VE Trigger Kit evolved a really nice and inexpensive gun into a VERY nice weapon! I purchased the S&W SD9VE knowing some people are not happy with the trigger pull, both weight of pull and length of pull/reset, but the price was right and it looked like it would make a nice truck gun. I actually like the 7 lb. pull and the travel did not bother me, I thought the gun shot nice. But I wanted to put the trigger kit in just to see if it made a difference, and that was the best thing I could of done. It shoots like a fine weapon, and I have had no miss-fires for the first 500 or so rounds. I am actually considering this for my off duty carry pistol!
The smoothness of the trigger and the pull weight was easily noticeable. Great upgrade at a great price.
I order this trigger kit for my gun. Install was so easy. Almost like having a gun. Love it.
Stock trigger pull was difficult and uncomfortable making the gun wildly inaccurate for me. This kit had to have cut the pull in half. Can’t recommend enough
The tool that it comes with did not work for me. It falls out and the spring will come off when trying to pull it over the original pin. I used 20lb mono to loop three trigger spring and ran it under the trigger block pulled to align it. The pushed spring down from the other side of the trigger block to align it to the tigger pin. Then push pin by hand. Worked first time👍🏻

What a difference this spring kit made! The gun went from one I hated to one that I loved! My wife had a hard time with the stock trigger pull, but now it is easy for her. A great company and a great product!
I installed this on my SD9VE and kept getting light primer strikes. Called customer service and was told that a replacement kit would be sent out. Waited 1 week and still nothing called back same story and never got anything in the mail. Reinstall factory springs and no light primer strikes. By far the worst customer service experience with a firearms parts company.
20 minutes to do this...much smoother and more accurate! love this

very easy to install, watch the video a couple times and highly suggest getting the bench block. It made the installation a lot easier at least for me anyways.
