I figured I'd buy this just in case, since plastic only lasts so long. I pulled mine apart to install my new feed ramp and the OEM one already had all the edges chipped off and a crack in it. At the time I had only run three 33 rnd mags through it. Guess I was right in being overly cautious.
Installed one in my Gen 3 10mm. Had to grind .015 off the long end in order to get the 2 plastic halves to come together. Anomaly? Not sure. It's what I had to do on mine to close the gap.
Replaced inferior polymer part with the one properly made, as part of total interior upgrade.
This product is a top notch quality replacement . I replaced mine after watching the video of the product and am so glad I did. I had only put about 100 rounds thru the rifle before changing and the plastic stock bushing already had gouging and wear. Highly recommend...
I bought and installed the stainless steel hammer bushing, stainless steel feed ramp, performance trigger bar along with the trigger spring kit and carbon steel grip pins and screws. Installation was straight forward after watching the video. This is a nice reliability enhancing part.
I am so glad I bought this, When I took my Sub2000 apart I found that the bushing was gouged a little. went in just fine. I will take it to the range next week to check the function. Thanks MCARBO!!
I knew from the get go even when I had $100 in the bank that I had to have upgrades for my sub2k and I got this and several others and I couldn't in good conscience own a sub2k and not mcarbo it lol,even if it shit perfect I wouldn't be able to sleep until I got at least 4 of the upgrades. These parts are top quality and makes me fall in love all over again with my sub2k.
Appears to be well made. I have not installed it yet, so I can't comment on the function. I have watched the video on how to install, however, I will most likely have it and other internal parts installed by a professional Gunsmith.

Like others, I too am very pleased with the this Mcarbo part. I was installing several other Mcarbo internal parts and felt like I should do this part at the same time. Plus, with the Mcarbo sale at the time, it was only $12.70. Well worth it, in my opinion.
I installed it works great. Kind of a pain to get to o but I know its not going to get scratched and messed up like I was afraid the plastic one would.
The pin is bent and will not allow proper reassembly. The gun cannot be operated. Please contact me to remedy.
