First of all, before installation, I read thru all (600+) the reviews looking for any reoccurring negatives about this spring kit, and only found one, failure to reset. There are very few less than 5-star reviews but the one's about failure to reset were enough for me to decide NOT to install the trigger spring in the kit, just the hammer spring and firing-pin spring. I shot this gun, with the OE springs, side by side with my Kahrs (also DOA) and found the SCCY had a much stiffer trigger that was harder to control for shooting precision shots/groups. I have not shot the SCCY with this kit as yet but can tell the trigger pull is much lighter now, more in line with my Kahrs triggers. I did notice the OE hammer spring has some type of dampening material inside of it and the kit spring does not. I thought about transferring it but decided not to, as no one mentioned it in any prior reviews or install vid. Thanks M*Carbo for marketing this SCCY kit, the improvement it makes to a somewhat decent gun is remarkable.
nice kit ,packaged well,shipped quick.watched video,it made install easy! Trigger pull much improved,makes for better accuracy,will recomend!
Arrived quickly despite the pandemic we’re all in. The video they provided made it easy to change out the necessary parts to cut the trigger pull length by half. Feels like a totally different gun!

I have had this Sccy CPX2 for several years and never really enjoyed shooting it due to the 9+lb trigger pull. I installed the spring set yesterday and pour through every type of ammo I could get my hands on. Not one issue. I really enjoy this gun now and hold a tight group with the 4 lb trigger. This is a must have for SCCY pistols. Made a backup gun my everyday carry.
I ordered two spring kits for the SCCY2 9mm. Once they came in (back ordered), I watched the video again and installed the three springs. I expected some improvement, but the change is incredible!
this trigger kit makes all of the difference in how this side arm shoots. Rarely have I been so pleased with an after market product such as this kit. Bought it for my CPX-1. Trigger pull kit is next on the agenda!
As much as I respect SCCY design, I don't know why they don't just make MCARBOs adjustments; the MCARBO kit cuts the trigger pull in half and that alone makes it far more manageable on the range; I had a brief fitment issue upon installation, but it was because of a minor SCCY finishing issue rather than a MCARBO fitment problem - the SCCY spring kit installed and performed as described; todays range time confirmed it; this is the second budget 9mm firearm that MCARBO has improved for me, to the point that I decided to keep rather than sell the pistol; MCARBO has filled a niche improving affordable pistols; if they carry components for your choice of arms, buy them; I know that I will
well, I looked at the how-to-do video, and being a touch dyslexic, I realized it would not be possibe for me to install it. Then looked at your charge to do it for me, and decided it was not worth spending that much money on what i call, an inexpensive pistol. The gun isn't worth it. So'oo, will wait until I can find someone locally that is mechanically-minded, to do it for me, if and when. Thanks anyway; not a fault of your product.
Best 20 bucks spent on gun parts. Install was just like excellent video. Only fired 30 rounds, but no problems at all. Wife really likes the "new trigger" on her cpx3. Guess its a keeper now. Great product, keep 'em coming.

I installed one of two trigger spring kits yesterday. Trigger stuck back, had to disassemble and redo springs. There was no slot for right side spring to slide into. I still do not like having to pull trigger all the way back multiple times, before firing pin hits. I will wait to change springs on my other CPX-2 another time.
It's a much crisper break in the trigger now. Still has a lot of travel but this is a serious night and day difference
Bought this trigger kit to reduce the factory trigger pull weight. I am not a gunsmith at all, just have the tools and can follow a YouTube video. It did cut the weight by at least half. I highly recommend the kit for the SCCY CPX 1&2.
