I didn't have to file, sand, polish anything to make these springs fit. The went in without a hitch. It did make a lighter break over. But it did not shorten or eliminate the long and spongy trigger creep as I was expecting.
It's been a long time since I've had such good service. The girl who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. I had to wrestle a little bit to do the install but they guided me but they guided me successfully. I felt like part of the team the whole time. I look forward to doing further business with you. The wife wanted the Kimber Micro and I wanted it to have a nice trigger pull for her. This drop in kit is awesome. The instructional video makes this a snap to install. Though I did find that if you install the sear and injector first then put the hammer spring assembly housing back in. Makes this kit just fall into the frame. So in stock form it was right at 6 pounds 4 ounces on a 5 pull average. After installing this kit its is now 3 pounds even on a 5 pull average. Best bang for your buck upgrade for your Kimber Micro 9. My wife loves her new baby, she said the trigger pull is like butter now.

The micro 9's trigger was super nice out of the box although quite heavy at around 8.5lbs. I was super skeptical that a $25 kit was going to have much effect. At such a low price I couldn't pass up the opportunity. The install was so easy and sure enough it delivered a promise. My trigger pull is under 4lbs. I've put 100 rounds down range since the trigger swap and have to say this is the best trigger out of all my carry guns. Thank you M Carbo!

Better than I had thought. Sweet! Smother trigger & noticeable lighter pull. I closely followed the installation vid although had some difficulty with reassembling... needed a 3rd hand.
Just installed the trigger spring kit - what a difference. Using your video, I was able to install myself, damn, I'm a gunsmith now - lol.
I just purchased the Micro 9 Kimber, and it's one of the REALLY tight ones. The trigger came in at almost 8 pounds break. After installing a trigger spring kit, it now comes in at just over 4 pounds. Accuracy is great, and functions well with ALL ammo. Hats off to M Carbo
Excellent quality. Very easy install. Took me about 15 minutes to install. I did not actually check the trigger pull but I can definitely tell a big difference in my groups and the way the trigger feels. Ive got to get another one now. Worth every penny! Do not hesitate on this one. Y’all knocked it out of the park with this kit! Thank you!
Just installed the Kimber Micro .380 Trigger Spring Kit. The video was great (mine has left and right safeties ... wasn't hard to figure out). Now, this is how this gun should operate! It's completely different. more in line with my Staccato P trigger. What a difference. Thanks for putting this out! Can't wait to go to the range.
The trigger feels MUCH better after the installation of these springs. The sear spring was a bit tricky (well, not the spring, but the reinstalling of the sear and extractor). The install video was PERFECT and completely easy to follow. I was a bit intimidated by installing this, as I have never done anything like this to a pistol before, but it was pretty easy. Took 45 minutes…30 of that was the reinstall of the sear….so ya, this set is pretty easy to install.
Ordered the spring kit for my Kimber micro 9. Love the results. also with a full tear down of the gun i did a complete cleaning and relube. Kit install was very easy with the addition of following the video instructions. My trigger dropped about 2lbs of weight .Liked it so much i am ordering a spring kit for my Micro 380. I also ordered and used the bench block which I found very useful.
The "how to" video was easy to follow and thoroughly instructive. The parts were of excellent quality and were effective to improve the mediocre OEM trigger pull. If an 85 year old can do mod after about 50 years since last tear down of a M1911A, anyone can do it. Kudos to M-Carbo!
The Mcarbo trigger spring kit transformed My 911 pistol into a joy to shoot. From the Kimber factory, the trigger must have been 6-8 lbs. Now 3-4 lbs or so. Very nice and comparable to Kimber other 1911 pistols. Thanks Mcarbo for correcting this problem with the Kimber 911 pistol.
