At first, I could not complete the install from my first order due to a part/shipment error—this was swiftly resolved by the excellent customer service of the M-Carbo Team. I received to new piece, completed the install, and wow.. The pull is definitely lighter, and smoother thanks to the polishing portion of the instructional video. I was so impressed with the results, I convinced two others From my unit to purchase the same kit. Taking her to the range today to see how she functions/shoots.

I used the really well detailed video on disassembly and installation. It was easy to follow the instructions. The video was very well done. I did the install and was anxious to go do a range test.

All was good. A very good upgrade and very easy to do. I will most likely buy one for my 92FS after I get a bunch of range time on the upgraded M9.

M9A3 trigger job

I purchased the Beretta trigger kit for my M9A3 and installed the kit myself. Unlike a Glock the Beretta takes a little more time and experience, but not impossible even for a beginner. The results are amazing. I just thought I loved the trigger pull on a Beretta. Wait until you install this kit.

Made a major difference

The original stock spring in my M9 was OK in single action, but unbearable in double action. It was beyond 10 pounds(my trigger scale only goes to 10 lbs.) and gritty. By installing the spring kit and with only minor polishing, the double dropped to a smooth 8 pounds and the single was at 3. Highly recommended.

My pistol shot great before I put in these new springs and it shoots great after as well. I guess after reading some of these reviews, I was expecting some earth-shattering experience. It didn't really happen. I didn't bother testing my trigger pull weights before and after. While dry firing I can tell a difference, but I don't think the slightly lighter trigger pull offers a lot of practical help on the range. I suppose I'm glad I did the work, I just don't think it makes that much real difference.

Much better trigger

Finished install today on a Girsan Regard MC. Trigger is now much better, both single and double. love that but harder to rack. I'll run it a while, see if it loosens up. May have to go back to the original recoil spring to see which I like better. The video is sooo helpful, made the install possible for me to do. Did the polishing, very good to do. Also put in springs and polishing on my M&P. Very happy with that.

My new Beretta 92A1 + mcarbo and Langdon Tactical - amazing

Installed and polished following the excellent video process. While doing that I added in a Langdon Tactical trigger bar. I ended up with a 92 that shoots like a 2011. My DA pull is still 1/2" long, but a smooth 5.7lb pull. The SA pull is around 1.5lbs. With the new trigger bar my reset is around 1/16",,short just like a 1911/2011. FYI the 92A1 uses a captured RSA, so don't need the recoil spring. Great job Chris and the rest of the Mcarbo team.

Thanks for the great step by step video Chris for the installation of the spring reduction kit for the Baretta 92FS.It took some digital dexterity for the sear spring and the detent check springs and pins for the decocker assembly to install them. Make sure you cover with a rag in a cupped hand the decocker when disassembling and installing the 2 detent check pins and springs. They will launch 10 feet across the room, I spent an hour searching for them, thank God I found them. All in all I had good success. I cant wait to put an Mcarbo Kit into my CZ75 SP-01 after I buy the pistol. Watch the videos 3 times to get a good visual understanding in the r and r of the spring replacements. The Baretta is a cool designed pistol,I cant wait to take it to the range and shoot it.

After amazing results from my P 365 trigger I decided to do my Beretta92. I also did the stainless guide rod. This went much smoother maybe due to my previous experience. I enjoyed the work and also the polishing of the trigger and sear. What an incredible improvement! Now on to my FN509

I install this spring kit a few weeks ago, only took about an hour while watching your video. I used the 12 pound spring. The double action trigger is much improved, and the single feels some better. I don’t have a trigger scale, so I can’t quantify the improvement. I fired 100 rounds of NATO specification 9mm fmj to ensure there would be no issues with hard primers.

The springs are high quality and durable. The M9/92 is like an extension of me, and this kit makes it fluid. I’ve installed 2 of these kits now. With the first, I tried all spring combinations and ended with the lightest. There have been no misfires in 5000 rounds. Thanks for making this kit available

Nice upgrade

Shipping was quick, I received the kit yesterday, And last knight I streamed the how to vid, and before I knew it my 92FS was at parade rest on my desk. It was a little intimidating at first, but once the slide was reassembled, without any issues, the upgrade moved along pretty nice. Reassembling the body was a bit trickier with all the springs. Be careful because some of them will go flying if you let them. The only spring that slowed me down was that shear pin spring, but with a little patients and determination I got it in. Once everything was reassembled with the new springs I tested the trigger pull with a Wheeler trigger gauge and the double action went from a 10.15 to a 5.15, and the single action went from a 4.7 to a 1.89. (I used the 12lb hammer spring). I haven't put any rounds through it yet, maybe tonight. But it feels like a new firearm. Bravo to the video crew, it was a well done production. I watched the entire video before I bought the kit, I don't believe I would have bought the kit if that video wasn't there. But it was one of the best how to videos I've ever come across, Well done guys, Thank you...

I just installed the spring kit in a Girsan M9 (beretta clone) instantly lightened the trigger pull to a Match grade trigger in my opinion. Installed the 12lb hammer spring to start with. Took it to the range today and was very pleased with the results. No issue with 2 different factory loads and 4 different Reloads(CCI and Winchester Primers) I would definitely recommend this product

Thanks Bud

In 2018 I don't think this kit was available. I remember, in October last year, trying to track down a reduced power firing pin return spring to get better primer ignition on a custom gun I was working on. It made sense to me that I should be able to find one because I do the same thing to my CZ pistols but nobody made one for the Beretta. One of the Beretta experts I know told me that I would have to make one myself and gave me some pointers. So I made one and it worked out just fine.

Then, earlier this year, I saw MCARBO promoted on a YouTube video. Since then I have ordered 2 of these kits and they are legitimately exactly what I needed. Just dropped one in a custom build Italian made Beretta 96A1 and I couldn't be happier.

As someone who knows there way around a Beretta I can wholeheartedly recommend this kit and I'm glad they are available.

My only complaint is the choice in hammer springs provided. I don't generally need a reduced power firing pin return spring unless I run an 11lb hammer spring. Or in one special case an 8.5lb hammer spring with a modified strut in an alternate cap configuration.

But I'm still more than happy with this 96A1 build I'll be finishing up this afternoon and don't at all mind spending money on one of my greatest passions. Can't wait to shoot this thing.

Thank you!
