This spring kit really did the job! My accuracy is spot on now! Chewed my bullseye up right away! No more movement on trigger squeeze! Best upgrade! Wish somebody would make a reliable slightly oversized magazine for this gun... like 8 cartridges. Just enough for a better grip... not that ridiculous 10 shot aftermarket that everybody complains about
I love my Sig P228 but the trigger pull was a bit much for such a small Gem. This kit made me love it even more. Thanks Chris
Polished the trigger group and feed ramp, installed MCARBRO springs on my Sig 938. WOW what a difference, lighter, smooth trigger breaks like glass. No more gritty drag! Next I’ll do the same to my Kimber Micro 380.
The parts are fine and work as advertised. I also bought the polishing kit for the feed ramp and hammer, but found that I preferred to use the old Arkansas oil stone hones to create a mirror surface. The shipping is really great, quick and the tracking was superb. All in all, a great experience and nice product. Keep it up, Chris and M*Carbo team!

I'm happy with the results I got from polishing and installing the trigger spring kit on my Sig P938. This improvement was easy and didn't take long. The trigger on my 938 was very heavy out of the box. The excessive pull weight made it difficult to shoot accurately with a gun with such a small grip. I used the polishing kit and installed the new springs as instructed in the video that is provided. The end result is a significant reduction in trigger pull weight and smoothness. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Although I don't have a trigger pull gage, I am sure that the pull reduction wasn't 50%. However I wasn't really wanting a 2 1/2lb trigger in a carry gun anyway. I wanted the trigger pull to be lightened just enough to make accurate shooting much easier. The spring kit accomplished this. Hats off to the brotherhood at MCarbo!, I purchased the trigger spring kit hoping to reduce the trigger pull a bit. Though the DIY video was very well done, I decided to have a gunsmith do the work. Best complement to you guys came when the gunsmith handed the pistol back to me and said" That is the sweetest trigger pull I've felt. Went from 7.7# to 5.4# (I asked him to measure it before and after). Thanks MCarbo!! YOU ROCK!!
I have installed this product myself following the video and the video showing you how to do everything is awesome. Best video of installations I have seen. Very easy to do!!! I have dry fired my pistol since install and can feel the difference but I haven’t gotten the opportunity to do it live yet but I can’t wait. Very happy with this product but again the installation video was outstanding!!!
Good investment makes a world of difference in the pull.
Follow video polish all parts recommended reassemble very good improvement on the single action little pre travel than stop trigger pull broke like glass big improvement very smooth I LIKELY . Did have a flyer safety plunger twice pay attention BROTHERS I was lucky to find it very small part. Took picture of what I used. Highly recommend these polishing bits different sizes. Amazon.
I'd recommend this set to be installed in every sig p938. By far and away the simplest upgrade and best bang for buck trigger pull upgrade that can be added to your pistol on the market . I pulled an average 7.8 lbs before the install to under 2lbs in the 5 mins it took to instal . These guys are what they say they are and do what they say they'll do and there every step of the way if you need them( though you wont). When your family matters American made and backed can't be beat
I have four decades of experience as an Armorer and a working Sniper. I have found the quality of this equipment to be unyielding, fit, and finish are excellent. The performance of this kit is as represented and the final trigger pull is smoother to operate and pull rate as stated. Well done all around.
I had purchased a Sig P238 380 pistol for CCW use. Fired it at a local range. The weapon fired well. I was thinking, it was new and a little stiff. It just was not as smooth as I thought it should be.. Spoke with the local gun smith about what could be done. He mentioned a lot of things but I decided to take a moment and look for my self… I went to You tube and saw our your video. The next day I ordered your spring kit for $15.00. What an enhancement to this weapon.. It shoots very smooth and with better accuracy. FYI, did not do the polishing part.. Very good service. Highly recommend this company Thank you
If you own a P238 this trigger spring kit is well worth the money. I installed this kit into 2 of my p238s...made a huge difference but yes you have to install both springs to keep it balanced..... I'm shooting 2 inch groups at 10 yards....thank you Mcarbo!!!
This kit made a tremendous difference in the trigger pull On my SigSaur P238. I bought this and the Polishing kit. It cut the Trigger pull down to just over 3 lbs. My groups immediately tightened, to where over 75% of my shots are now in the 9 or Bullseye. Very easy install. Definitely worth the few dollars that it cost.
