This kit is great everything installed perfectly I had one little hang up, went back to the installation videos and figured it out. The trigger is great now and the the trigger guard is way better than the original, now there's no play in the hinge. The springs cut the trigger pull in half its way better than the stock ones. Definitely Buy the whole kit it's worth it.

I haven't put the parts in yet but I watched the videos a couple of times, so I shouldn't have much trouble, unless my fingers get in the way. Thanks again for the prompt service.A couple of days later. I got to work changing the parts. Your instruction videos were great...Watch a couple of minutes...do what the video said... if any problems, re-watch the video...all parts went right into place. I had only one problem, which was my own fault...the safety detent popped out when I was stripping down the gun. Took me a while to finally find it. As I said, the only problem was my fault. Great products and excellent instructional videos.
This upgrade bundle absolutely rocks. To anyone who is intimidated to do this and thinks it looks difficult, hence, you lacking the motivatation to buy this upgrade kit, rest assured, this is actually very very simple, so simple. The instructional videos mcarbo has produced make it an absolute piece of cake; big ups on the tutorials mcarbo! I cant thank the guys at mcarbo enough for creating these upgrades for the kel tec sub 2000. To anyone considering upgrading a single part like just the latch, don't, just upgrade the whole thing at once, its only 100$ for a complete upgrade that will transform your kel tec into a durable and reliable beast. Also, the extended charging handle they made is genius and an excellent price, definitely be sure to get that as well (its only 10$!!!); the stock charging handle is too small and can be a huge disadvanted if someone, especially if someone is having to rack the slide for a reload during a situation of self defense, as adrenaline can cause fine motor skills to go out the window. Not only that, but the extended charging latch makes it smoother and more fun to shoot. The only con (and its not really a true con) is that you have to watch multiple videos they have made to install the who bundle because they didn't make a video for every part assembled at once. If you want a truly durable trigger with no flex and a latch that wont break and will create better stabilitly and harmonics, then get this upgrade. its night and day. I cant rave about this upgrade kit enough, it rocks! and btw, mcarbo shipping is ridiculously fast, and the customer service is an 11/10. Of course the customer service is great when your dealing with patriotic free market veterans, win win. so support a veteran owned business for great prices while turning your kel tec into a beast. you will only regret that you didn't buy this upgrade bundle sooner!
Super fast shipping came in the mail 2 days after ordering. It takes a bad trigger and makes it great. I had one problem with the trigger guard not working correctly. But that was with the gun having burrs in the molding process a little cutting and cleaning and works great. Worth every dollar.
Great kit! Very impressed with the quality of parts and fit and finish is very nice. Clean, crisp trigger with noticeably lighter trigpull. Replaced plastic parts with high grade aluminum. Service and shipping is on point, thanks MCARBO

Received the entire package. After the install I decided to review the instructions and thought them to be good picked up a few tid-bits I added to my own tool box of skills on this platform. Liked the results all parts made a difference. For the firearm I worked on, it had been worked on before, a lot, and the screw set was a blessing - liked the release - trigger and spring kit was a superb addition and made the gun so much better. +++ all the way around.
Great upgrade to my Sub 2000, very high quality and the installation videos are very helpful. The service these guys provide is fantastic. Kel Tec already makes good guns but if they used Mcarbo products they would be great!
I just finished putting in the kit. Your video instructions are great. The problem I had was that the sear spring slipped off the aluminum threaded cross piece when I was snapping the two halves back together. Naturally, the hammer would not stay back. I took it back apart, figured out the problem then reassembled and it passes the trigger tests fine. It took me about 1 1/2 hours going slow and the trigger has gone from a little over 7# to 4.5#. Plan to shoot it today or tomorrow. Let me know when you have a red dot mount similar to Midwest Industries mount. My eyes aren't the best match for these standard sights. Thanks again.
Installed the complete trigger kit on my GEN 2. Took about an hour including 20 minutes chasing the safety detent across my work shop. so be careful of that. pretty easy to install just watch the video. The parts are excellent. What a difference in trigger pull. Mcarbo says it reduces to a 5 lb. pull, I don't have a trigger pull gauge but I would say mine is 3-4 lb. pull now. My Gen 2 went from an ok gun to a really fun carbine to shoot. Will start using it in IDPAs new PCC class.
All parts were a perfect fit and completely changed my rifle. Trigger and trigger pull are way better than factory. Trigger guard looks and functions better. Customer service was top notch.
I essentially ordered these items in 2 separate orders not knowing that they all were available in one order. What a difference was made in the function of my 9mm sub 2000. Before installing these replacement parts my trigger pull was a mushy 7 lbs. Now it is 4 lbs 10 oz. I sat in front of my computer screen watching the Mcarbo YouTube video and assembled everything with ease. His instructions are spot on and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to the all metal lower feed ramp they are going to offer. Will be first in line to order one.
I ordered two of the performance trigger job bundles, one for a 9mm and one for a .40. I followed the youtube instructions and presto, my trigger pull on both guns was reduced by 4 lbs. The armorer's tool made quick work of the castle nut and the springs were easy to install with the instructions. I only wish I had ordered the T-Handle to make removing the screws that much quicker. Great products.
