Review
installed the new trigger spring today, reduced the pull from 5lb to 3.25lb. great instructions thanks for a great product.
Excellent, installation on both was very simple. The trigger improvement was substantial, especially for the 77/44. Group improvement was good on both rifles. I would highly recommend you install this inexpensive yet effective solution to some Ruger 77/ series rifle accuracy problems. Am now looking at S & W and Ruger pistol upgrades.
The trigger was pretty heavy on my Ruger 77/357 and the bolt was definitely sloppy when locked up. However, this rifle still shot well from the bench, but off hand, ehhh, not so much due to the heavy trigger pull. I installed this kit in under 20 minutes start to finish. used a .002 spacer on the bolt to take up the slop when locked up. I definitely lightened the trigger pull. Trigger is not "spongy" which was my only concern with putting in a lighter spring. Now it shoots really well from the bench and my offhand groups have tightened up if I do my part. It proved to be a simple and effective way to make a very good rifle even better.
Installed this spring kit/polish on my DAO SP101 and wow 🤩 cut the trigger pull in half to 4 1/2 lbs. I highly recommend this for your Ruger revolvers
I was looking for springs to soften up my sp101 trigger. I found this kit with shims making this kit an excellent upgrade. I received my parts much faster than I expected. I highly recommend
great service. Spoke with customer service and they were very helpful. Would buy again from MCARBO
Works good

I ordered 7 different spring kits from Mcarbo. I followed the video to the letter (one star given is for the only positive thing about this -the video was good). My factory trigger was 5# on RCBS triggerscale. After installing the Mcarbo kit, it is now 5.25#. Unusable IMO. The video depicting one and a half pounds must be a trigger that was purposely selected for the video because this is completely unrepresentational of the typical 77/44 trigger
This rimfire arrived with a 5.5 lb trigger pull. After adding the shim, spring, super lube and lite polish of trigger and sear I have a 3.5-4 lb trigger. I am delighted as this is about the same weight pull as my Ruger centerfire rifles. Very fast shipping plus (being a veteran of Vietnam) I am delighted to see a veteran run company doing well.
Outstanding product and service. I goofed my “Stars” on previous review
The spring installed easily--I didn't use the bolt shims. Trigger is much nicer now. I had previously (long ago) put another brand of trigger upgrade in my 77/22M so I was somewhat familiar with the operation but the video was a great aid and if you do this easy upgrade watch the video first.
Way overpriced and they should offer the sear spring only anyway!
I put .003 (.001+.002) and the bolt closed but it was VERY tight so I removed .001. closes acceptably now. I did not not need the trigger spring as I had redone the trigger previously, it pulls at around 7 ounces. I was a match shooter in high school 48 odd years ago. We shot Rem. 40X and Win.52D. The rule was do not touch the trigger until you had the sight picture. Well learned lesson that is needful for whisper light triggers. Any way my M77-.17hornet is x ring accurate now.
Trigger Adjustment Spring Kit-I ordered two of these for Savage upgrades. The video and instructions were perfect -Reduced the trigger pull by almost 4lbs. The item is Captain Raimey Approved
excellent product
