This new spring really helps if you're looking for a lighter pull than what the factory adjustments allow while also letting you better secure the adjustment screw. Installation is incredibly quick and simple and it's a fantastically budget friendly alternative trigger mod when compared to upgrading to a Timney.
I replaced the trigger springs on two Ruger American Predator rifles, 6mm Creedmoor and 6.5 Creedmoor. Trigger pull weights have gone from 5-6 pounds to 1.5 pounds. Makes a world of difference in precision shooting. I highly recommend these springs if you need a better trigger. Much more cost effective than buying a replacement trigger.
Bought Ruger American Gen 2 in 243 for wife for hunting. We both shoot long range competition past 1000 yards and beyond. All out comp rifles have triggertech diamonds so she's using that as a baseline for her Ruger. Coming from comp rifle, she b1tched, whined and complained about the horrendous trigger on her Ruger and I would agree to a point, but she doesn't understand, ITS A HUNTING rifle. Happy wife, happy life. Did some research on MCarbo spring upgrade so I ordered her one vs $120-130 Timney entire trigger upgrade. Install was extremely easy and after install I had her dry fire the rifle. Nothing but smiles. Crisp, clean and very, very comparable now to her Timney diamond! I can thank my brothers enough for offering such a small thing as a trigger spring upgrade that made a huge impact. Now, IF I can only get her to shoot straight 😁
Was quick and easy install. Most time was spent adjusting trigger pull was very light turned all the way down. Very happy
This simple upgrade is worth every penny plus more, I contemplated buying a $150 drop in trigger for my 6.5 and I am so glad I didn’t, this $12 trigger spring was so easy and simple to install it took all of about 4 minutes and I got amazing results! The trigger was already great in my opinion and now it’s so light there is literally 0 movement in the reticle while pulling the trigger on target, 10/10 would recommend

Ordered 3 springs for all my ruger American rifles, a 450 bushmaster, 6.5 creedmoor and 7.62x39. Took probably 15 minutes to install all of them, trigger pull is a crisp 2 pounds on the 450 and 7.62x39, the 6.5 is 1.75 pounds. Extremely fast shipping, I received tracking information 4 hours after placing my order. Would defiantly buy from them again.
The install was simple. It reduced my trigger pull from a consistent 4.5 lbs to 3.0 lbs. I was hoping for 2-2.5 lbs. To be fair I bought this rifle used and could not adjust it to less than 4.5 lbs before the new spring.
Install was easy I adjusted my Ruger American Predator down to two pounds and tried her out, it is like Sweet Butter Beans Now, you will not be disappointed....

As usual this item is a perfect fit and the install was a simple process. The video for this Chis does is fantastic and to the point. Trigger pull is a bit smoother and definitely lighter. Perfect for those wild hogs here in Texas! I have a different kit from them on a Savage Axis and that too is a great improvement. These rifles are for hunting and the smoothness helps in getting that good shot off.
