If you have a Ruger American with the original trigger you need this trigger spring if you need accuracy. I do not have a scale to test the trigger pull but this spring alone made the feel go from nasty to slick. I am actually thinking about going back in and adjusting it a little tighter because it is so light. I left the adjustment screw showing one thread like the instructions said and it is very light. Brought my groups down to under one mil on my 100 yard targets.
This is a great option for reducing the trigger pull and it is incredibly simple. Why spend the money on a replacement trigger when this does the job
put in 2 rifles , super easy install , 20 minutes each gun , mostly take apart and put together.
Last week I installed this on my ruger american rimfire. Dropped the pull from 3.4 # to 1.8#, with a good clean break. I really can't think of any money that's better spent in the area of guns.

I installed this on my Ruger American Ranch and I noticed the difference IMMEDIATELY!! Very easy to install and the cost to "fun" ratio is huge! I've purchased several items from MCarbo and have yet to be disappointed.
Easy to install, makes a world of difference. Trigger pull is crisp, and clean break. Much better and can't wait to try it out. Side note, get rid of the daily emails pestering emails to write this review...almost moved my rating down to 4 stars because of that.

Great alternative option to an aftermarket trigger, a lot cheaper as well. Stock trigger is definitely a noticeable difference. Couldn’t ask for better service, incredibly nice Mcarbo staff.
