Have them in most of my firearms that will accept aftermarket buffers. No brainer! Absorbs some recoil and saves from constant battering of the mostly polymer action.
Perfectly easy to install and reinstall when cleaning. I shoot a .40 cal Sub 2000. It definitely reduces the metalic "slap" heard at recoil. As for the 30% reduction of recoil, that is difficult for me to measure, but for the price, I believe it is definitely a good addition.
I installed the buffer and it is amazing. Simple installation and it really makes a difference where there was jus hard plastic. Would definitely buy if on the fence.
The mcarbo recoil buffer is an easy install on both 1st and 2nd gen sub 2000. Made the recoil smooth. Love there products.

I got them today. I installed them on my Gen. 1’s & my one Gen. 2 I believe they will save punishment my Sub 2000’s.
Installation took 10 minutes. At the range, little less function sound. Noticeable recoil difference. Worthy part to install!
I have purchased parts from MCarbo in the past the quality is perfect fit and finish is great. I found adding these accessories a breeze especially with the videos Chris provides. I definitely plan to purchase additional accessories for my Sub 2000 through MCarbo! All my accessories buffer, charging grip, muzzle brake I might as well be shooting. A 22 that is the extent of the recoil!

This item did work to reduce felt recoil. Before installing this item, after going through 200-300 rounds, I would have some substantial shoulder bruising. After installation, I have significantly less shoulder bruising after the same 200-300 rounds. Very worthwhile and useful investment.
had been using another manufacturers fiber buffer in my sub 2000 for the last couple years but had been disappointed that the bolt lock-back function after last round was lost. fortunately when i replaced said fiber buffer with the mcarbo buffer i regained the bolt lock-back function of my sub 2000... would highly recommend all mcarbo products!
Order this part along with a few others and it came in right on schedule I was very happy and pleased with the product plus they sent me a few free stickers too which made my ammo cans look even better thanks guys I appreciate that I will definitely will be telling some friends about yalls products
Quick install. Much less blow to the shoulder. Too easy and cheap to avoid. Do it and improve the blank slate you purchased.
Can't tell much recoil difference but Sub 2000 seems to operate quieter, or maybe smoother. $10 I am in.
This, plus the recoil-less charging handle, really seems to reduce the recoil.
