<p>Not only do I love supporting fellow vets but I love when they create excellent quality products like this one. I’m an Air Force combat arms instructor/ armorer so installation was a breeze but even for the non trained person, installation looks simple enough. The equipment made a significant improvement on trigger pull and over travel. I’m hoping to go to the range soon to test the final product and see the improvement on paper. Anyway, great product, awesome staff/ customer support, fellow vets, American made, what else is left to say? Mcarbo leads the way!</p>

Very easy to install and great video to show you how to put it in. I installed the light spring because I’m going to be shooting off a benchrest. Having the option of a hunting weight trigger is good. Wish they had a trigger shoe.
First off, I wanted to commend MCARBO and Jamie for resolving a shipping issue and getting a new kit out to us quickly. My son was excited to get his first deer rifle and wanted to improve the horrendous 7 lb trigger pull, like he did with his Savage 64. He installed it himself, under my supervision, and the result is a very nice 3-3.5lb pull with none of the creep. He is more confident in the rifle now, shrinking his groups from 1.5" to right around .75-1". Another great product from a company that takes care of its customers!
For a modest cost now the Axis 6.5 creedmoor trigger has no slop, very little over travel, and so light trigger pull. The kit came with a 2.5 pound and a 3.5 pound spring. I used the 2.5 but either would have been great. Was already quite a tight grouping rifle even with the heavy trigger pull, but this will make it much easier on the trigger discipline.

Very glad I found out about these guys on YouTube! I bought a savage axis very cheap and didn’t feel like spending the money on a replacement trigger. This kit is perfect and very easy to install. Just follow the directions and watch the video. Took my trigger from a sloppy 5.5 lb pull to 3.5 lbs.
This kit reduced my Axis trigger pull from 5.5-6 lbs to a consistent 3.5, without making the firearm unsafe. Sub moa groups at 200 yds with 40 gr 223 reloads. Honest. Try this product before plopping down $100+ for a trigger. Mcarbo is an awesome company in all aspects!
Can’t rave enough about how great of a product this is. The install video walks you through step by step and makes it an enjoyable process. The results though are even more impressive. Before you even think about upgrading your optics on your Savage Axis I’d highly recommend this product. Best $20 I’ve spent in a long time.
I easily installed the 2.5 lb trigger spring kit (it comes with a 3.5 lb also) and went to the range. Everyone was very impressed that my Savage Axis 223 put a sweet 3 shot group nearly all holes touching at 200 yds. Gun was "as is" out of the box except for this upgrade. Using the Bushnell scope that came with it and factory Federal 55 gr. 223 (red box) FMJ. Tight!!! Installing the kit in my daughters 243 next. Semper Fi!
My trigger pull was around 3.5 lbs. originally so I decided to try the 2.5 lb. spring out of the kit. Wow!! Now it consistently snaps around 1.5 lbs. Overall very pleased and easy to install with the help from their great videos. You have to get this if you have a Axis, plus the washers to tighten up the trigger slop helped unbelievably.
Reduced Trigger to a manageable 4.25lbs from over 5.5lbs. Easy install
Made the trigger pull 10x better way more crisp and a lot easier getting accurate shots off thank you
This was a simple kit to install. I am amazed the improvements it made to the gun. I have installed other trigger and this is by far the best I have used
