This trigger kit is easy to install( with the YouTube video help)and makes a HUGE difference in the way the trigger feels!! Highly recommend!!
Bought the axis kit for my 15 year olds first gun. The factory trigger was strong 6.5 lbs. I saw the MCARBO KIT and thought let’s try it. The shipping was amazingly fast. The follow up from MCARBO was more then you get from any other dealer, They want to make sure your 100% satisfied!! Finally installed it today (a week after getting it) the trigger now pulls at 3.7. Thank you, it literally changed the way the gun performs. His shots were grouped much tighter within 2 inches. Not even within 8 before. Great easy fix. Awesome product.

The trigger kit worked awsome easy to install made a big difference do not have a trigger scale to say exactly how much difference but my rifle is fun to shoot now. Very prompt shipping and follow up to make sure i got my product and was satisfied!!! Photo is 5 shots @ 100 yards after install.
Put this kit in my Axis and made a huge difference in the performance of the trigger. Shipped quick also.
The only issue I had with the Savage Axis was the trigger. I stumbled across MCARBO and found their trigger spring kit. This has turned out to be a great discovery. My trigger lull went from 5 lbs to 1.5 lbs. I could not be more pleased.
The factory trigger spring was a bit stiff and there was a little wobble in the trigger itself causing me to pull slightly when I fired the weapon. After installing the MCARBO trigger kit, all of the wobble is gone and the trigger is light and smooth as silk. Took the rifle to the range, set the scope, and blew the middle completely out of the target with 7 shots on top of each other. Highly recommend.

Always liked the action on my Axis but not the clunky trigger and factory composite stock, no where nearly on a par with my Browning XBolt or Rem 700, certainly not as robust or accurate either..None the less a bargain rifle. Install the M*Carbo Axis Pro Trigger kit in addition to a bedded Boyd’s Walnut stock and you have a totally reborn rifle. Absolutely astonishing results in both feel and accuracy. If you don’t have this trigger mod for you Axis yet your never going to know your gun till you do:)) get it!!!
Installed in my Axis after I had already made previous modifications to get the trigger pull down. This is simple and works like a charm. The shins take out the side to side travel and the break is clean and crisp.
Ordered this kit and it came in quick and wassuper easy to put in. Trigger was 6.25# and now its 2.5#. Have already reccomended it to a few friends for theirs after install.
This kit was so easy to install and works perfectly. Now the Savage Axis is a pleasure to shoot. Very fast shipping as well! Totally recommend!
Amazing difference!
I tried the internet cut a round out of stock trigger spring. Still had 5.4 to about 5.8 lb trigger pull. Ordered the pro kit, installed in about 15 minutes. Trigger pull reduced to 3.5 to 3.7 lbs can’t wait to try it out on groundhogs. PS was supporting 3rd ACR in Ramadi west to Jordan / Syrian boarder 2003 with 761st EOD.
