I have the an xbolt eclipse target and didn't wanna spend the money on a trigger so I figured I would try this first. I was getting a trigger pulled of 2 ³/4 pounds before. Put this spring in yesterday and now I'm getting a trigger pull of 1 ¹/8 pounds.
Lightened up trigger pull just as advertised. Feels much better! Great product
Relatively easy to install and took exactly one pound off the trigger pull. Consistent break at 1 lb 13 ounces.
The only problem I had with my Browning X Bolt was the trigger. It was almost 5 lbs. with the adjustment screw almost all the way out. The MCarbo trigger spring took that down to 2 lbs. 14 oz. It takes a little patience to get the factory spring out but once that is done the rest of the install is a breeze. If you have a X bolt buy this spring kit. You won't regret it.
My X-Bolt Hells Canyon McMillian trigger is just the way it should be after this upgrade. I used a small pointed pick to work the old spring end up through the set screw hole and pulled it out. Popped in the Mcarbo spring and shoots great!
While my trigger spring replacement didn't go nearly as smooth as the one in your video, I managed to get it accomplished. Thank you for a great product, a very informative video, quick shipping and great customer service
I followed the instructions in the second video and it turned my crappy from the factory trigger. I had already looked into buying a Timeny trigger before I saw the Trigger spring kit . Glad I bought the kit, saved close to $200.
I have 3 browning x bolts all triggers set around 2 lbs now. I like them better than my Tikka now.
Simple to install and definitely reduces the trigger pull!

Like everybody else, I couldn't get my x-bolt trigger pull down below 4 lbs.. So I ordered one of these spring kits, got the stock spring out and put the Mcarbo spring in and adjusted the trigger pull to where I wanted it. Thanks!
Changed the factory setting from 4.5 lbs to 2.75. Made all the difference in the world. Super easy to do also.
Ordered 2 of the trigger springs for my x-bolt rifles. The order came fast and in great condition. The online video covered everything I needed to replace the original springs and do the adjustments. Both rifles are now well under the 3 pound factory setting. Planning to order trigger springs for my Tika and Winchester model 70.
Spring worked great--I was able to set trigger pull at 2 3/4 pounds versus the almost 6 pounds on the factory trigger. I highly recommend watching both installation videos. Removing the factory spring takes a little time and patience but it is worth it.
Easy to install and decreased the trigger to around 2.3 lbs. Works perfect.
