Hello all! The difference is Night and Day with feed tamp installed! Before, I couldn't go more than 2 or 3 rounds without a Double-feed or FTE. AFTER installing, I was able to go about 300 rounds without ANY feed issues! Thanks M*Carbo!!!! Good Shooting, Brothers!
I bought this to replace the cheap, plastic original feed ramp. When I first saw this part offered, I thought it was a bit pricey. Then, I received mine. As a former machinist, I can see why this part costs what it does. I polished it to a mirror shine, but that only took a few minutes using Crocus Cloth as well as some lapping paste. However, it will work just fine as it comes from the factory. I talked with Bobby (Sales Manager & Answer Man) and he told me of the improvements M*CARBO designed. KelTec should start using THIS feed ramp in their guns (along with some of the other parts.)
Fit and finish of the ramp is great, feeds perfect and the optional polishing kit make it even better
Delivered fast parts were correct and easy to install , stainless feed ramp in my mind is what keltec should have had in the first place but it’s in now and I feel confident in it, only ran about 50-60 rounds through it so far but flawless
This is a serious upgrade that will ensure long term reliability for my sub2000. I worry about plastic parts in critical locations on my firearms. This well engineered stainless steel feed ramp greatly raises my confidence in my Sub2000 as a long term , reliable firearm. I’ve fired several hundred rounds through mine since installation…flawless! I upgraded the feed ramp at the same time I conducted the MCARBO trigger upgrade. I followed the step by step installation video and found it to be an easy upgrade. Polish and installation in under 2 hours. Thank you MCARBO!
I’m not going to write a review on every part but I have installed almost every part available for my gen 2. These upgrades have made an unbelievable change in the way it handles and the way it works and shoots! Soon I will be upgrading my gen 3 to the latest upgrades they have for it also. I have no doubt that M*CARBO is a company that really cares about their customers, it shows in every part they sell!! Thank You M*CARBO!!
My ammo just loves sliding on the shiny new feed-ramp.. I actually heard one say cartridge yell “weee” just before I dropped the hammer on it :)
Feed ramp fit great and video that shows how to do the job is super. Watching the video first gives you the confidence to perform the job. Great products and great videos.
If you want to do anything to upgrade your sub2000 I recommend this and the rear sights. I didnt like that the stock feed ramp is plastic but I will have to say I never had a jam up issue with it I just feel better with a metal one!

My moto is more polished steel make a gun happy! Got proof today, first time shots were flawless through to 93 rounds. I changed more than the feed ramp. Put in the whole trigger kit, trigger guard, charging handle and the added but stock cushion, made it a dream to shoot well!
A great idea. But the Sub2K is a fiddly beast to get back together. Not for the faint of heart. Mine is a first gen. Just different enough to be...interesting. I'll hold off on my gen 2 for a while. And for the price, the ramp should already be polished,.
