As the other reviews have said, it's just a piece of wood and seems crazy to buy it but it's exactly the right size and length and does the job in seconds. When you're in the middle of installing your parts, you don't want to stop and take all that time rummaging though your garage to find something the right size / length to do the job. .
It seems dumb to buy a dowel, but it'll make your life way easier when you're working on your Sub2k, I promise. I found out the hard way that I needed the dowel... Those who've disassembled their Subs will know what I'm talking about.

First off I cannot say enough good things about M-Carbo ; very fast shipping, great staff and attentive to the needs of their customers. I upgraded my Sub2000 Multi-Mag to the Glock version as well as most of the internal parts including this one. M-Carbo is hands down the best source of aftermarket parts for your Sub2000 that I have been able to find online ; even better than Kel-Tec themselves
Get one just n case Mcarbo is the bomb to deal with
It bends and it broke on the first use. Would rather use a ban saw and chop this key tec in half at this point. This is the only trash item M Carbo has.
This is something you are probably thinking, "Oh I will just jam a pencil or something in there, why spend $2"? Ok, I will tell you, I bought one, put it on my bench when I started prepping modding my S2K, and when I needed it, it was there, and it did exactly what Chris said it would do, flawlessly. Didn't have to stop, try 6 different tools that wouldn't work, and yell at the dog. Best $2 dollars I ever spent. Well except for that one time in a club.... oh, I digress, lol!
Great for re-cocking the trigger if you've accidentally pulled the trigger while working on ur keltec...it's best 2 just buy the pro trigger kit so you'll always have it
