My P320 originally had a trigger pull of 6 pounds 7 oz. with all stock parts. I installed an Apex Forward Set Trigger kit and that reduced the trigger pull to 5 pounds 3 oz. I wanted it still lighter, and this kit reduced the pull to 3 pounds 4 oz. I am very satisfied. I still need to test the gun to ensure that the lighter striker spring does not cause any misfires.
I have a trigger gauge with a thin pull bar so it rides best at the tip of the sig flat trigger so number are lower than where your finger would ride but 3.4 - 3.8 LB before springs installed and 2.2 - 2.6 after. It is a consistent and accurate gauge just not pulling as same spot as finger would. Picture of p320 shows curve at tip of trigger where the gauge rides
This is a well executed upgrade. Easy to install, good instructional video, terrific value. I put this kit in an X5 Legion and a AXG Pro and it made for a very smooth break. I didn't measure the pull weight before and after, but it feels better in both guns without being scary light.
These springs are a huge improvement over the factory OEM sig springs. Pair this with the MCarbo 320 flat trigger and you're in business. Highly recommend these springs.
Used these with apex trigger bar and their other springs along with polishing/ minor angle changing and Sig Mechanics reset mod. Trigger is right at a 2lb, clean break with minimal slide movement on dry fire. Fcu started as a sig CW. MCARBO is a great company! Quality, timely and still priced for the average enthusiasts!
I installed a spring kit on an M17 and an M18. Both trigger pulls were reduced by about 2+ pounds. I also marvel when I work on my pistols at how many extra parts every designer except John Moses Browning had to use to get the same thing to happen when the trigger is pulled. Take apart your 1911 and compare the number of parts needed for example a Sig P320.

As have ordered other spring kits from MCarbo before, wasn’t worried about any function/reliability issues. After installing this kit, both in an 320C in .357Sig and a 320 Legion, dropped both a little over 2lbs of trigger pull. The awesome “how to install” video made it a simple and quick change. Thanks to the crew at MCarbo for another fantastic kit!!
I installed the spring kit in my 320 compact . stock curved trigger. the kit brought the trigger weight down to about 5lbs. tested with NRA trigger weight set. it did help my shooting, better grouping. I'll change out my other 320's
Installed this kit in my P320 V-Tac with the Sig straight trigger. The trigger pull averaged 4.5 lbs before and 3.2 lbs after using the Lyman trigger pull gauge. The video was invaluable. Followed the steps on my phone as I was installing the springs. Overall I am very happy with the results.
Nothing wrong with this kit, it works very well, but try the SS Flat Trigger Upgrade from M-Carbo first. It may be good enough by itself. Both are excellent products.
