I purchased the Hellcat bundle never having owned or taken apart a gun before. With their YouTube videos on how to do it, it was so easy to do. Very pleased with the upgrades to my Hellcat. Highly recommend.
I give 5 stars to the quality of the kit. I give 6 stars for Mcarbo customer service. After reviewing the one hour video on installation, I determined i did not have sufficient skills to tackle it. Regretfully i took the kit to a gunsmith who I’d seen do some decent work on sights. However, he made a total mess of the kit and charged me a lot of money. I took the gun back to him several times and the Hellcat continually failed. In desperation I contacted Mcarbo and they had me send the gun to them. They graciously replaced the parts the gunsmith mangled and put things right. This pistol now works flawlessly and trigger pull around 4 1/2 pounds. If you elect to install the kit yourself, you can have Mcarbo bail you out if you screw up. If you elect to have a gunsmith do it, have Mcarbo do it. They wont disappoint and their fee is totally reasonable.

Hot demand item. Worth the wait. Install was a breeze and polished suggested parts. It's way smoother now and the trigger is definitely lighter but not too light. Mcarbo should make recoil springs and include it with this kit
I recently purchased this pro performance bundle for the Springfield Hellcat Pro. Awesome kit. I installed following videos on MCarbo site. Awesome videos, awesome products, and now the Hellcat has a proper feeling trigger. Originally trigger pull was approx. 7 pounds. After install it's now around 4 pounds....Night and day difference...and trigger is adjustable...icing on the cake. Great job guys
I love this new trigger upgrade top quality parts and manufacturing . So smooth, less travel breaks like a carrot ! The very first time out my groups were much smaller what more can you ask for?
I ordered the kit for my Hellcat Pro. Installation took about 30 minutes after I watched the videos a couple of times. The trigger pull is much lighter as advertised. M Carbo never disappoints!
The products coming from the guys at MCARBO are solid! It all went in easily, and, although I haven’t fired my Hellcat pro since the upgrade due to lack of opportunity, I’m very confident that the improvements will be dramatic based on the feel of the weapon after the install alone, however, I purchased a few upgrades from them in the past (5years)for an extremely inexpensive firearm that jammed whenever you attempted to fire hollow points through it. Not to mention, the recoil was ridiculous on this 9mm weapon! In the end, this $150 firearm that couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn turned out to be one of the sweetest operating guns I’ve ever fired thanks to the aftermarket springs, and parts that I got from MCARBO. They’ve been my go-to for this type of thing since my High Point experience. The other fortunate aspect of using their parts to upgrade your firearm and is that they replace cheap, plastic gun parts with high quality aluminum , which in itself is worthwhile. If the results are any less than dramatic, I will update this review.
If I or someone else is going to open up the gun, get the complete package. That said, do not be afraid to open up the gun yourself. Simple tools in the garage are needed. I made a hammering block out of an old plastic cutting board and drilled a hole in the center. I went play by play watching the video, yea I had to rewind a couple of times, you are not taking a part a rocket. The video indicates that parts would function smother if polished. I used my Dremel and Mother’s polish and put a mirror shine on my parts, easy day. Bottom line not difficult, I am more intimate with my gun and I saved money!
This was a fantastic, high quality upgrade to my Hellcat Pro. First, it mitigates the concerns about the stock striker breaking. Also, the trigger is a massive upgrade to the stock trigger. The lighter springs, the flatter trigger face, the trigger safety being centered, and the pre-travel adjustment all make for a far more comfortable and reliable trigger pull. Removing small compromises in the pistol's function allows me to focus more fully on my shooting mechanics and technique. I feel that this kit was well worth the price and I have confidence in its long term reliability. I am a first time gun owner and have never done more than field strip a pistol and I was able to perform this upgrade without a hitch.
This upgrade improves the feel and function of my Hellcat Pro. Easier trigger pull, stayed on target.
I posted the review less than an hour ago and MCarbo customer services has already addressed my broken firing pin. That is service! I'm submitting a second review as a 4 star due to the prompy warranty assistance. The striker still broke, but MCarbo is standing by their warranty without any hassles.
Solves the problem with the hellcat trigger and made of the best materials with the best quality of any other trigger on the market
The installation videos are very helpful installing the trigger and and new striker/springs. Trigger pull decreased from 6.5lbs to 5.5 lbs. Not a very big decrease, but coupled with the improved trigger, I believe it will feel lighter than it is.
