My Pmr30 was a tack driver before I mounted the red dot now its just stupid accurate. The mount is worth every penny. If you have a PMR30 just buy it.
I have ever mcarbo part they make for the pmr30 on my pistol and it is a fantastic operating firearm now.
This mount is great, I have been using RMRs on all my other pistols and have gotten so used to them I really wanted one for my PMR, found this mount with a google search and thought it was cool looking. But it’s even better! Installs easy, worked with an extra Vortex I had, and still lets the gun cycle, it’s also fun getting comments at the range because it’s not the typical RMR mounting
Never used a red dot before. Was very easy to install. I like that it on the frame. And not on the slide. And it improve my shooting
I just ordered, installed and tested the new Operator mount & holster. Installation was a breeze…idiot-proof in fact. I mounted a Primary Arms RS10 red dot, 3MOA (they dont list this but it works fine / has the Doctor footprint). Took 8 shots to zero at 15’, all other firing done at 25’. Total rounds fired: 80 CCI 40gr hollow point, not a single malf, even rapid fire bursts of 5 at a time and one string of 20. I should note that I had previously installed their “total works” package on my PMR30, so this was not exactly a stock weapon. The mount was very light and secure. No trouble holstering even with the fairly thick rubber cover on the red dot.
I really dig what you guys are doing and I’ll continue to do business with you for a long time. Great red dot mount on my PMR 30. The holster is a great fit for the pistol and red dot. However, I purchased a Holuson red dot and the footprint was not‘Doctor Noblex ‘ so I had to purchase a different one. With the tactical upgrade I installed on the PMR 30 it’s now my favorite shooter.

I had a Burris Fastfire 3 mounted on the slide, which never caused any failures to feed or eject. I liked the idea of getting the red dot off a moving part that had to be affecting accuracy and slide speed. Install was very easy and sighting-in was also easy, which I like having the ability to use the fibre sights now. Accuracy did increase. I sighted-in at 25yds, shoots about 2" groups with the occasional flier. Very happy with the results. Also ordered the OWB holster which works great from a crossdraw, I am right handed. I would highly recommend both products. As usual, top quality and craftsmanship. Thanks MCarbo.
I'm excited to see how well it shoots, however will have to wait until I can either have an adapter plate made or have my Operator Mount modified to work with other optics. I saw the list of options before I ordered, but I figured somebody would make an adapter for Holosun/RMR
The was very easy to install. Can’t wait to go to the range and sight it in. Aiming with the hard sights will be a bit harder because of the limited space looking through the operator mount. Overall I’m very pleased with this set up. Also, my apologies for being such a pain when I was waiting for this to come out. The OWB holster is a perfect fit as well.
I installed the operator mount in a few minutes. I mounted a Vortex Venom 3moa dot and got it dialed in pretty quickly. I had already installed all the available MCARBO upgrades to my PMR-30 and it hit to the sights and to the dot at 7, 15, and 25 yards. The holster is a great fit and this thing is a ton of fun to shoot.
