Chris, all Vets & Shooters. The 2021 Upgrade Kit for the PMR 30 has work out beautifully. Shot ten rounds at the Top Gun indoor range. Wow, magic. I reloded the mag and went at it a little then full out two full thirty round full mags. What a rush. Outstanding "Trip". flawliess. Everyone at the range came by to see what I was shooting. I need more mags. Cannot thank you enough. M*CARBO for the kit and KEL-TEC for installation. I am very happy. Hard to conceal this weapon, ha ! What a quality jump. See you all. God Bless. As described; simple to install; once in-place, easy to work w/ either right- or left-hand; an excellent addition to the Kel-Tec PMR30.
I boought this as I recenly lost the tip of my thumb. I thought an extended lever would make operation easier. I called Keltec and found out that any parts install that required disassembly beyond firld stripping would void the warranty unless done by Kel-tec or an approved business such as MCARBO. Since I reside within reasonable driving distance of Kel-Tec, I will make the trip to them for and install to keep my warranty intact.
I put a set of safety selectors on one of my CP33's. The biggest plus for me is, I'm able to actuate them with my mid thumb knuckle area. This allows me to keep my thumb in the ready/fire position with very little movement. To me this is a "huge" benefit.
Takes one 2 mm allen wrench and 3 minutes to do it. Doubles the heft, look, and feel of the whole thing. Turns a plastic Fisher-Price thing into something much more respectable. Was my second mod to my CP33 and WELL WELL WORTH IT.
These safety levers fit perfectly, and installed easily. Due to their configuration, i can now operate the safety with my thumb. Don't miss this first-class upgrade to you PMR controls!
Found that with younger shooters the stock parts are not ergonomically suited for them. Switched them out and now I have to “fight” for my turn with my son.

These safety selectors give me a mixed review....on one hand they feel a million x's better than OEM (that's for damn sure)...but on the other $50 (damn near after shipping) is crazy for these two tiny pieces...I own a PMR, a CMR, a CP33, and a Sub2k.....I figured i would buy one and test it and buy them for the other guns....as great a they feel....i will only buy them again if they go on sale, or if BLEM's are offered or something like that comes up....compared to TandemKross they are much better because you get both sides for basically the same price...but TK's also can be used as a rear thumb rest which these cannot....so its give and take....I will prob try TK's selector out next time, unless i can get these MCARBO selectors cheaper somehow...... just my $0.02....oh and if anyone is running a Farrowtech Carbon Telescoping Brace, It will only retract when SAFETY IS ON....when safety is off the brace hits these selectors
I purchased this as part of a bundle in Sept. 2021. I didn't get around to installing it in the firearm until Apr. 2022. They sent me 2 right selectors instead of 1 right & 1 left. Called customer service & they shipped me out the missing left selector the SAME DAY. This kit is a huge improvement over the stock, cheap plastic ones! I highly recommend, and MCARB's customer service is second to none!

The serrated width of the safety selector does not impede the thumb reach to the last purchase I made of the also surface area positive KEL-TEC PMR 30 aluminum slide stop! Having mirror image left and right selectors is a great. $50 is way to high!

I loved the Tandemkross extended safety for use as a thumb ledge, but it was still rather large. These MCarbo safety switches are extremely nice for general use, and are less likely to cause problems in a holster.
This thumb safety lever is very nice quality and not too bulky, just prominent enough to be more effective. I am right handed and my PMR30 is not used for tactical purposes so I installed the left side lever only and left the factory low profile right side lever alone. The one area I would suggest for improvement is the unnecessary (imho) slope on the underside/bottom surface of the lever's thumb shelf. Even with my short fingers/thumb, I have to slightly shift my grip back off of the pistol's back-strap to engage the safety upward with my thumb knuckle, and a more perpendicular surface on the underside would probably help to make this operation easier. (ie, Using same logic as MCarbo used on their PMR30 Slide Stop replacement tab) Thanks again for your great products.
