I just got my set today and haven’t installed them yet. It took like two weeks to receive them through no fault of M Carbo. After the third day they emailed me and everyday since telling me where it was. They are amazing and I will buy from them every chance I get. Very Satisfied Veteran
I recently ordered two spring kits for my SCCY. The difference it makes in the trigger pull is night and day. The original trigger pull was 9.3 lbs which is normal for the double action. After the spring kits were installed the trigger pull was 4.1 lbs. When I ordered my parts they were lost in shipping. After a few weeks I called MCARBO and they immediately shipped Two more springs that I received in Oregon in just a few days. I did finally receive my original spring kits that were ordered, three months later. The crew at customer service helped me get them shipped back. These are great people and I will continue to do business with them.
The operation of the firearm is absolutely mind-blowing after changing the springs. Very smooth trigger pull and so much lighter. Trigger pull was my only complaint about three sccy cpx2. Now even accuracy has improved with it. Went from lower groupings from barrel dropping durning trigger pull 8" diameter groupings to on point shots with minimal drop and 5-6 inch grouping. Absolutely changed this firearm from night to day.
MCarbo did it again. This spring kit is a must. Took it out to the range yesterday and I was extremely impressed with this upgrade. MCarbo’s customer service is a bonus!
Installation video does not quite match the CPX3 structures. Most specifically the extractor structure is different. Not as easy as the Sig P238 trigger spring installation but still doable.
My SCCY CPX 2 is my recent purchased and really only used with laser practice not actual range time. I had read about the heavy trigger pull and my wife noticed that as well, so fast forward to M Carbo and their quick shipping, I installed the trigger kit with the direction of the Youtube video, not hard at all, just took a little longer than the video but that was to be expected. Trigger pull is close to the advertised 50%, wife noticed it right away and the laser practice showed tighter groups in the shots made, I would say this was a great upgrade and improved this firearm. Can't wait to get on the range with it.
These guys are great. Shipping was fast considering the mess of our country now! I just installed the spring kit in my cpx2 and it was really simple with backup from with the instruction video. Looking forward to wasting some ammo since this gun has a whole new feel 😁
This is my 3rd spring kit from Mcarbo. Did Ruger PC, Marlin 60, & now SCCY. Each delivered as promised. Doing the CPX2 gave me the opportunity to hone internals - definitely halved trigger pull! Video concise as always. Now I need the AR springs for my new pistol build and sons' carbine. Luv ya Bro

It took me three days to complete the SCCY spring kit install. I lost the firing pin,but later found it after tearing my office apart. I had to install and uninstall after trying to do it by memory of watching the video once. You must watch the video as you do the work or you will screw up. I am maybe the worst for losing parts.
I recently said spring kit was causing light primer strikes. I was wrong ! A short stroke kit had changed geometry and no mater what spring was used . I had issue. Your spring kit works great !! sorry again.
Just what the Dr. Ordered. I have a SCCY cpx1rd, a cpx2, and a cpx2rd. I installed the kit on all three and the video made the installation much easier. I was used to a heavy trigger pull from using the St. Louis Beretta 92, but this has made the SCCY so much better. Thanks!!!
Installed as described and trigger pull is greatly reduced. Have not test fired yet to confirm reliable ignition. Note that if you have an older CPX, your trigger bar may not have the slot. Simply chop off the hook, matching the existing spring.
i have thought about buying a sccy pistol but i was not sure about getting because of what i heard about the trigger. then i seen this kit i decided to take a chance and get one. well the one bought was having trigger issues right out of the box. so installed this kit seems to be working okay now. installation was easy and straight forward have to give it a thumbs up.time will tell so far so good.
My review is based on dry-firing my gun since I just installed this set of springs and have not had a chance to take it out shooting yet. However, I found that this set of springs makes the SCCY feel like a completely new gun. My grown son, who has also shot this gun in the past, also tried it and was equally impressed. So I can give this my highest recommendation.
