Muzzle brake was shipped with crush washer instead of jam nut as shown in video. Do not like the fit or look. You talk about Ruger using cheap parts. Maybe Mcarbo needs to look in the mirror. Have tried to call but never get anyone.
Installed this part with little effort. Instructions provided were thorough but reviewed Youtube video just to be on the safe side. It looks to be a quality part and looking forward to field testing.
Easy install and definitely adds to the overall look of the weapon. Performs well and I'm able to get my sights back on target quicker for follow up shots, and also a noticeable decrease in rearward recoil.

I shot my Ruger 9mm PC Carbine in the pasture 2 days ago. The rifle performed flawlessly and was very accurate. I got the MCarbo muzzle brake the next day and installed it this morning. Nice piece. Only 4 stars because I would have had to crush a whole turn to get it on tight. I ended up with a spacer. Not happy about it. Looks great
Make sure you watch a video on putting this on your gun. Tightening then loosening to tighten more is counter intuitive but it worked Nice product. Great company to buy from also. Yes I would purchase again.
Have not been able to shoot the carbine with the brake installed yet. Installation was straight forward and easy. The part is well machined and finished.
Just got the muzzle brake in and installed. I put the barrel on the vice and twisted the unit on until I crushed the washer into the barrel as instructed in the video. I thought you did a good job with the video and it was clear and professionally done. The compensator fits on there nicely and I am pleased. I love the way it looks and I look forward to shooting it. Nice well made part, cleanly machined, well done!
This is an excellent upgrade for the PCC! It keeps your muzzle flip down and simply looks awesome!
