This took my LCP from something I could barely shoot to easy for me to use. The original trigger pull was so hard for me that it was nearly impossible to get accurate shots. I’m a 68 year old lady and my LCP is my CC firearm. I was looking to replace the gun because of the hard trigger pull when my husband found this kit. Our son installed it with no issues. It changed my firearm to one I can now competently shoot. I’m very impressed with how quickly you shipped this order. We’ll be ordering more kits for our other LCP’s. Thank you very much.
Much better trigger pull, but a little gritty dso needs another cleaning. 1. Current LCP has a horizontal roll pin holding firing pin in, not vertical! Very hard to line up to replace roll pin. 2. Difficult to adjust new flat trigger setscrews after it is in frame! 3. Difficult to push sear catch forward even with the suggested micro screwdriver tool. OTHERWISE A RELATIVELY EASY INSTALL FOR AN AMATEUR GUNSMITH WITH THE PROPER TOOLS!
These springs have made all the difference in the world when it comes to being a comfortable trigger pull. I was not a fan of the OEM hammer spring. I understand their idea behind it but it was just too stiff. Now it just feels "just stiff enough" and the long pull that remains is a good safety. Mind you I don't think I would want to use the belt clip upgrade that some do as I want it in some kind of holster that protects the trigger now more than ever but that is what they make sticky holsters for. I have now installed every mod you offer for the LCP and man does it make a difference! I now have a "fully" upgraded LCP which is rapidly becoming my primary carry. Love you have the video that just walks you thru the entire process. Just kept it up on the screen and followed along which made this easy to do. I would highly recommend you make an update to the video though as the new original LCP's have moved the retainer pin for the firing pin which can be a bit confusing and tricky. Keep up the great work!
The LCP is a great gun but it's hard to control because it's so small and light. When I added the MCARBO lighter trigger springs there is less amount of pull you need so less jerking. Keeps gun on target better.

My accuracy has always been poor with the LCP, now I have a chance of hitting something more than a few yards away. Makes the trigger pull much more reasonable.
Had 2 Ruger LCP’s (one was my wife’s) that did not want to close during chamber load; I had to nudge the first round in. Replaced the springs - mine with 13#, hers w/ 12#, fixed that problem. The old ones were supposedly 9#, but I suspect they were getting soft. Even after stretching them out a bit, the problem was not fixed. But these replacements made all the difference. Slide is very responsive on both guns, and wife is still well- able to rack the first round. I also really appreciate what this company stands for.
The springs were easy to install, the video was great and easy to follow. The reduction in trigger pull is significant and turned my LCP Custom into a new gun. My accuracy greatly improved with this small gun.
This makes the LCP much easier to shoot. The primer strikes on my CCI reloads are still solid/hard/strong strikes. Dramatically reduces the trigger pull (didn't measure it, but it's really noticeable). Only "downside" was a friend now wants me to help him install his LC9 trigger spring kit after seeing my LCP's new trigger weight.
Night and day difference. Bought one for myself and my dad, we both like this trigger upgrade.

Love the hammer spring, goes well with the trigger upgrade. However, found the trigger return spring too light, it just didn't feel positive enough on the reset. Keep your old parts you may want them.
I just installed the kit in my LCP. I like it except for the trigger return spring. I found it to be a bit too light with not enough of a positive return, almost like the trigger couldn't keep up with my finger. I removed it and kept the OEM TR spring in the pistol.

Ordered this trigger kit on-line. Received emails on the status of order. Received the kit in two days. Watched the installation video which is very useful. Installation of the kit was easy and was done in a short time, it took longer to clean it and polish the feed ramp. This spring kit definitely dropped the trigger pull poundage. I've shot two boxes of different types of ammo and had no issues at all.
Shipping was stupid fast. M*CARBO couldn't have driven it here that fast. I did the swap using the instructional video. Too easy. I've already recommended this kit to friends. I am not a fan of the LCP for EDC, but sometimes you need a pocket pistol. With the trigger pull reduction, it will be much easier to fire accurately. I strongly recommend this kit.
