amazing results watching the instal video. Flat trigger and trigger spring kit resulted in a much better feel to the trigger pull. The only comment would be in the video he used the original trigger pin which will not work with the trigger upgrade. There is a shorter trigger pin that comes with the new trigger and must be used with it.
Received the trigger spring kit for my LCP. Super fast shipping as always. Order arrived in just a couple days. Very easy installation. After watching the awesome install video the whole job took under a half hour. Took the measured trigger pull down by half, but left if strong enough to feel confident with pocket holster carry. Off to the range and ran 150 rounds of mixed ammo ,including Ruger ARX and hard primer S&B hard ball without a malfunction of any kind. Group size greatly reduced with all 150 rounds inside the 9 ring of a 11x20 inch silhouette at 10 yards. Mostly double taps and point fire. Best addition to my LCP ever. Highly recommended. The parts shipped pretty fast considering I live on the west coast. The best part of this spring upgrade was the you tube tutorial on the installation of these parts. The video was very well done and emphasized the critical steps with lots of details. I have not had the opportunity to test fire the LCP yet, but the trigger feels much better!

The parts kit arrived very quickly. The parts were of good quality. My problem was that I was a bit overeager to install them that I didn't pay enough attention to the installation video.....it runs more quickly than I can react. I made a smalll error and had to go back an reinstall a spring/pin that I had been cautioned to leave in place. I did have to rewatch certain parts of the video several times because the video ran too quickly and the picture quality was a bit sketchy. Other than than, everything is in place and now works very well. This kit is well worth the effort.

Initially this appeared to be a somewhat complex procedure, something I would not be comfortable performing with just written instructions. However, the video how-do was excellent. It also allows you to freeze the video, and go back if you don't quite understand a particular step. After updating the springs, my old LCP1 performs a lot better. Excellent product, I just ordered replacement springs for my SCCY2.

Trigger pull still 7 lbs. Same with my lc9 7 lbs should have been lower than that
Great product. It turned a heavy pull to a litter trigger. Service is second to none. Now I enjoy shooting my LCP380
Just installed the trigger spring kit and it was a easy upgrade, just need to get to the range to test it out. shipping and overall service was great.
I’ve purchased every upgrade besides the extra power mag release. My hand has never hit the release but they are a little smaller being a woman. The videos are spot on. I’ve never attempted any type of upgrades on a firearm and I was able to follow through with the details provided. Quantity product and information. The only thing I wish I knew about was the installation fixture. That was the most difficult thing to do was align the firing spring with tension and replace the pin but after 45 mins I managed lol.
The spring kit removed 2 full pounds of trigger pull on the LCP--highly recommended. Terrific customer service, too. Thanks MCARBO!
I bought my Ruger LCP used, thinking it would be about like my wife's LCP II. Was I ever wrong. This thing had the most horrendous and even sometimes painful trigger pull I'd ever seen. I immediately started searching online for a solution. I ran across Mcarbo and watched their installation video. That sold me and I ordered the spring kit right away. It arrived like 3 workdays later and was easy to install after watching the video again. I don't have a trigger pull gage, but the trigger pull is less than half what it was. My groups using the laser shrank from 6-8" down to 1-2" at 7 yds and the gun is actually fun to shoot now.
I was skeptical going into this at 10.00 a spring. Boy,was I proven wrong. Although dry fired a couple times after installation, I couldn't tell. Going out to test fire I jumped like a cat on the first shot, the gun fired at about half the pull needed previously. Continuing on, my test group was about half the size of previous groupings. Two 👍 up.
Installed the spring kit with the MCarbo trigger. 7lbs to 4.5 lbs. smooth and crisps! Great product
