Bought the trigger kit for my KelTec P-11.Lightened up the trigger considerably.Had a problem with misfires,MCARBO diagnosed that as seating the primers too hard,looks like they were right on the money.Gun worked flawlessly with factory ammo and I was able toshoot VERY accurately with it,something that was impossible with the crazy heavy factory trigger.they offered to send a new kit,but it wasn't needed.These guys get an A+ in my book! Thanks!

I installed this kit in one of my P11's and now the trigger pull is smooth and easy. The difference is amazing. It's very inexpensive for what you're getting too. I can't wait to try it out live. What was even more amazing was how well done and thorough the installation video was. In fact, it was so good it qualifies as a P11 gunsmithing video. The video goes through a complete breakdown of the frame components and a partial slide breakdown and makes it look easy. I actually ended up relying more on this video to change out a P11 trigger from another manufacturer than the instructions that came with the trigger.
I haven't had the chance to fire this one yet, but the immediate difference in the weight of the trigger pull was very satisfactory!
I had T pulls from 8lbs on factory springs, this kit got my pulls down to mid 5lb pulls now pleasue to shoot!
This spring kit helps a lot. I don’t have an accurate way of testing trigger pull. But I did use a small food scale that measures in tenths of an ounce. Before the kit was installed, I got just under 7 pounds of pull. I know the pf9 is supposed to be around 5. My test was likely inaccurate just because of how it was conducted. But with the new trigger springs, my trigger pull is between 4-4.5 pounds. So even with a somewhat faulty test, I still lost 2.5-3 pounds of trigger pull. Cutting the factory pull in half or less. Great kit. Very involved video on YouTube as well describing how to do it all. I used the recoil springs from mcarbo as well, they’re great too. I’ll review those separately
My little Kel-Tec sat in the safe for want of a good trigger. This fixed it! Easy installation following the video. Now I have a gun I can keep on target and feel comfortable carrying. Thanks
Really improves the shootability of this gun. Nice trigger feel. The installation was easy following the excellent MCarbo video. Well worth the time money and effort! Fast shipping, excellent customer support.
You might want to seriously consider labeling the long side of the Hammer Spring. The long side, which is critical to proper installation, is NOT readily apparent. It took digital measuring calipers to best guess, and I was still wrong because after the initial installation I immediately experienced a dead trigger. Turned the hammer spring around, which seemed to work better. Six months later the P11 was actually used. After a few shots another dead trigger, or the trigger couldn't be pulled back far enough. The installation of this kit was very straight forward thanks to your video. I wound up removing the hammer spring & trigger spring & put the OEM springs back. I kept the firing pin spring & steel guide rod in place. Now will have to wait to see if the P11 is back to its usual reliable self.

Great improvement to an old long, heavy and double action trigger pull.
I don't think this made much of a difference at all, definitely didn't take it down to 3.5 lbs, maybe took off a pound of pull weight at the very most. Guide rod, firing pin spring, and 20 lb recoil spring are all nice. Instructional video is great.
Finally enjoy range time with my P11. While my P11 has been reliable as my edc for over eight years the accuracy has always been lack luster to say the least. My finger actually started to hurt after a mag or two. Installed this kit today and am blown away with the difference. I can actually hit where I am aiming now! Install was straight forward and easy thanks to the video. I will be ordering another kit for my CZ 75 compact as soon as they are back in stock.
Well documented video of the breakdown and reassembly of the trigger spring kit, Took me 60 minutes to perform, Now I can operate the pistol "ONE HANDED". Without the HEAVY trigger pull of the stock spring.WELL DONE MCARBO!, Looking forward to purchasing the other components for my baby, You guy's might look into a laser system for it,I have seen them in a cabeles catalog.Thanks Again guy's.
