Goes without saying if your buying and installing a new trigger, upgrade the springs as well. Easy to install when doing the trigger.
I installed the trigger spring when I installed the aluminum trigger. End result is excellent trigger pull with no slop. I shared this with a fellow KSG owner who is now in the process of ordering the MCARBO aluminum trigger and spring.
I figured to grab it since the cost was low as I was ordering the trigger anyhow. The lighter and crisp pull will make you smile when you feel the difference the combination will do for you. I'm loving it!
This new trigger plus the spring kit really makes a huge improvement, literally cut the trigger pull weight in half and the aluminum trigger gives a smooth feel without the plastic mould lines of before.
Great addition to trigger update, buy both trigger & spring kit, awesome update, easy to install follow supplied video. Also recommend hand guard. You won't be disappointed.
Again another Homerun from MCarbo team !!! These springs make the trigger like butter, it's sooo smooth no pre travel crisp break when pulled and consistent pull every time. Reset is short as well, but very pronounced I love these springs fantastic upgrade and for a very small price ! what are you waiting for but them for your KSG NOW !
Watch the video, they provide, a couple of times and it's easy... the only difficulties I had were getting the sear to stay in position and then getting the pins to line up correctly when putting the two halves back together, but I think that was my error... two things I did a bit different is I used a heavy duty rubber band to hold the hammer in place instead of duct tape and that first spring they said to be careful to hold down when first taking the halves apart, or it will shoot out... I held it in place by putting thin punch, or strong piece of wire, down the center of the spring to hold it in place, so that it could shoot off.

Let me say this is a must have upgrade if you want a lighter trigger pull. I can notice the lighter trigger pull after installing the spring kit. Must watch their video on how to install kit so you won’t be having problems installing the kit. I’m pleased with this kit .
This is an excellent upgrade. And the instructional video is clear and simple to follow. If you are considering this do it, as well as the aluminum trigger upgrade as well. You are already there and the new trigger is worth the price if not more. Great upgrade options for any ksg.
Installed "KEL-TEC KSG Aluminum Trigger" and "KEL-TEC KSG Trigger Spring Kit". Reassembly of KSG trigger group was tricky, but M*Carbo video resolved all issues. BEFORE: Small movement of trigger didn't always fire the gun. Considerable difference between trigger pull on KSG and other guns. AFTER: Smooth and predictable firing. Transition between rifle, pistol, and KSG with no noticeable difference in trigger pull. Love it.
Reminded me of my first AR build. Watch the instruction video a couple of times and keep it close for reference. It makes the action smooth. Be careful or parts may fly.
I just recently ordered a new, replacement aluminum trigger. Along with the trigger I bought the entire trigger and spring kit and lubricant. Within a couple of days they arrived. Pretty darn fast and efficient delivery services. I was pleased. They all came in one pack. I jumped on the job. After reviewing the how to video, I felt comfortable enough to do the upgrade. I couldn't be any happier with the instructions given and the quality of the video. It made the job much easier. I had no problem disassembling the shotgun, and replacing the trigger and springs. The toughest thing was aligning the sear with the hammer unit. It felt tight to me, but with some manipulation it popped right in. Kudos to Chris, and his outstanding products. My trigger is now crisp and smooth. Exactly as advertised. Well worth the price. Now I need to get out a shoot it. I can't wait.
