The part has excellent fit and finish and the instructions on how to install it are detailed. I haven't fired the gun with it installed yet, but it appears that it will do its job. Recommended.
Before I shot my KSG I read up on the reviews and the shell deflector was definitely something I wanted to get. The product is great and very easy to install, the only thing is that this makes the loading a bit more difficult as the other reviews state. One weird thing is that for 1 round of shooting the shells were deflected to my left arm (I'm a right handed shooter) and that was bothersome but other than that the product does what it's supposed to do.
Superior quality, material and finish than the cheap stamped and poorly finished OEM components of KSG. If more replacement parts like this were available I will replace all the OEM parts.
The deflector is solid, well machined and extremely easy to install. Took 5 minutes max. KSG's should buy this product and install it on every 12 ga. they produce! They'd sell a lot more shotguns and have return customers. No more wrist/arm burns and a lot more enjoyment!
Saw reviews about ejecting shell hitting the wrist of the shooter. So I purchased it. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
Excellent add-on for deflecting the shells toward your right arm. Fits perfectly!

Excellent fit. Easy to install. Makes the gun easier to handle. Doesn't impede reloading or operation. 90 percentile, get this upgrade. Worth the money.

if you want to avoid burns from the downward shell discharge from your KSG, this is a must
I had a slight incident with the long bolt being too short & not catching the locking nut enough to tighten down. But, 1 phone call & a longer bolt was shipped out the same day. I gave this a 5* rating because the product looks great on my gun & the customer service was beyond fantastic. No problems fixing this issue whatsoever...
I have a KSG 410 shot gun and took a chance that it would fit. The screw holes were off center by about 1/16 of an inch. Drilled the holes slightly larger so that the screws would align with the holes in the stock. The screws that come with this kit are long, but they just fit. The KSG 410 does not have the nuts on the other side of the screws like the larger KSG models. A little shorter screw would be great. Once installed, the deflector works great!
