I have installed the appropriate trigger seer spring upgrade on both my 995TS and C-9. The pull is reduced as claimed, making an easier and smoother trigger. Very simple to install, just change it when you clean the gun. I also fill the spring cavity and seer pin cavity with grease which also helps create a smooth trigger pull. I would also suggest that you polish the seer pin lever (use a 1000 grit stone), which connect the trigger mechanism to the actual seer pin.
I'm not trigger-sensitive at all; I just pull until it goes bang and that's fine with me. However, this replacement spring really does make the OEM pull a whole lot smoother and lighter! Surprising what a change from a tiny spring...

The spring installation of the spring was super easy,it took me twenty minutes from start to finish with their video as a reference guide. Once I hit the range I could tell right away from the first pull that it was a great purchase. The action was so much smoother and I felt like it was making my shots more accurate with every pull of the trigger.
I recently converted my .40 S&W Hi Point carbine with a HTA bullpup conversion. It completely changed the look and feel of the gun for the better. However, it made the trigger pull even harder. The M-Carbo trigger spring is exactly what it needed getting the trigger pull back to an acceptable level. It's the best upgrade you can make to this gun and it's under twenty bucks.
First, good job on the spring, fast shipping, and quality video. I'm happy. Here's a little more detail: So the carbine arrived and I got what I paid for... no complaints. That is until the trigger revealed it's horrible fookin' stank. Now... after $19 including shipping and the well-done video for install, it resembles a factory Glock 5-ish # trigger, however without the predictable sweet reset of the Glock. I removed the iron sights and put a Romeo on top, and attached a Sig laser/flashlight foregrip... now it's GTG. Happy wife happy life

My Hi Point had a 8.5 lb trigger, after polishing and filing all machine marks I got it down to 5.5lb. This spring dropped it down to an even 3.0lb with no fails. It doesn’t effect the striker spring strength.

Well first time tearing down my rifle. Experience all in its own. The spring is easy to install, the difference is the feel after. Smooth back to pull point and easy pressure and easy to keep on target. 👍
The installation videos from MCarbo made the installation easy. Once installed, the trigger pull has gotten better and the price is great.
The Hi-Point carbine is ugly, heavy, and has a terrible trigger. Except I don't believe any of that. I rather like the looks of the Hi-Point, and the trigger ain't the best but it's OK. It is heavy but it is also quite accurate and very reliable. And to be fair, the trigger can be improved. The trigger that comes with the Hi-Point deserves two stars. The MCARBO trigger spring ups it to 4 stars in my opinion. I reserve 5 stars for something that is darned near perfect. But for 12 bucks, it comes close.
Did this with the extra power spring and polished everything I could up and made a world of difference. Mcarbo is what I put in everything
Purchased this kit because I didn't like the trigger on my 995ts. Installation was seamless. It was done in conjunction with other upgrades. It makes a big difference in the performance of the carbine. The installation video is a big help. Great product!
